Tuscany Hills Apartments

"Not sure why this place is even rated what it is. So many issues. If you are unfortunate enough to get a bottom floor apartment I hope you can handle the sound of constant banging and footsteps because the floors must be made of cardboard. You can literally hear conversations through the floor but hey who needs quiet and privacy! When the upstairs neighbors flush their toilet the entire wall shakes? Another note, they need to replace the windows and the rooms have no ventilation so when the nights get humid all, and I do mean all, of your clothes, blankets, bed, pillows, etc will be wet. So hopefully you like snuggling up to fall asleep in a wet bed! For over 2,500$ a month i’m honestly shocked at the lack of quality. Spend your money literally anywhere else. The staff are incredibly nice and the maintenance workers always respond in a timely manner and are awesome but it’s the complex itself that is just a total lack of quality for the price."

"Tuscany Hills has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Not only are there plenty of open grass areas for my dog, but as I walk around the complex, I can see multiple gorgeous views of the nearby mountains. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and warm-hearted and even helped us out when my fiancé was in a bind with a dead car battery. They are also very pet friendly and always say hi to my dog when they see her... so cute! There is always someone in the front office ready to help you if you need something and they throw nice events and offer snacks to show their appreciation for the tenants! There was a construction issue at my building after the hurricane which was annoying to me due to the construction sounds since I work from home part of the day, but the office staff was extremely communicative to me as to when the work would be happening so I could plan around it. They were especially considerate of the fact that I had a dog and respected when I could and could not have workers in my home because of her. I could not have asked for better accommodations and communication during what could have been an event that made me mad at the complex. I live near one of the pools and only had a few nights where teens were in the hot tub and pool in the middle of the night, but the security guards came very quickly when I called and even fastened the pool with a new key to where it hasn't happened since. This place is staffed with friendly problem solvers who are on the side of the tenants. Absolutely re-signing our lease when the time comes! It's just so peaceful here!"

"Over all great property. However only 4 of 8 of the washers and 5 out of 8 dryers in the shared wash room have work reliably for the past 8 months. The machines have been ''Repaired'' multiple times only to fail immediately after. The broken machines need to be replaced. This has been an on going issue that has not gotten addressed."

"(Kristi H) New tenant at Tuscany Hills. I rented this apartment from across the country. The staff in the office have been exceptional since day one in answering my many questions. The maintenance staff I worked with today (Antonio and Steven) (sp?) were also exceptional. Everyone here from tenants to staff are incredibly friendly which is a nice/welcome change from where I lived previously."

"My family and I lived at Tuscany Hills for 7 years. It's a great family-friendly community. The landscaping is well maintained and manicured. The staff was always kind, courteous, and helpful. Whenever there was a maintenance issue with my home, the staff was very helpful and efficient with ensuring that maintenance personnel was resolving the issue immediately. In addition, we appreciated that it's centrally located and moments away from shops, restaurants, and freeway access. I strongly recommend Tuscany Hills to anyone. Great place to live."
