"Room is very nice and the hotel was very clean. Within a mile of good food locations but nothing really within walking distance. Also, no breakfast offered, which is a bummer."

"This was the WORST experience. When we first checked in, everything seemed seamless and easy. However, once we opened the door to our room, it WREAKED of wet dog and urine. It was the strongest smell that gave my family and I headaches. We went down to the lobby to ask if they could switch our rooms and the front desk attendant, Diana, said there were no other rooms. When we asked if a cleaning crew could come and clean the room a bit for the smell, she responded with “they just cleaned it so no.” And we asked if they could come back and she replied again with no. She handed us a bottle of Febreeze and a “deodorizer” spray that she had at the front desk. She informed us that this is not the first time guests have complained that there is a smell but since it’s a pet friendly hotel, she said we shouldn’t be surprised. We asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager on duty. We got back into the room to spray everything and the smell was worse. It was just a lovely combination of febreeze, wet dog, and urine. Within 5 minutes, the fire alarm went off and we evacuated the hotel. The fire trucks arrived on scene shortly and once they found the source of what set off the smoke detectors, they couldn’t shut off the fire alarms. They said “you can return to your rooms but it’ll be loud for a while until we can turn it off from the panel.” The front desk attendant had no idea how to turn it off and didn’t know which key was the master key. I understand that the fire alarm going off is not the front desk attendant’s fault, but her lack of customer service and knowledge when the fire crew arrived is pretty awful. Needless to say, we decided to not stay as the odor was too overwhelming. We stayed for a total of 15 minutes. If you’re thinking about staying here, I’d recommend staying literally anywhere else. We also are still waiting on a refund as the front office has not answered the calls."

"I checked out this morning and realized I had left behind my tennis shoes. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk who informed me that nothing was turned in however, she would still verify and give me a call back. She called me back about 20 minutes later and confirmed that housekeeping did not find any shoes in the room. The shoes are a pair of brand new New Balance and cost me about $120. The room rate for 1 night was about $105 I believe. Not good math. I seriously cannot believe a housekeeping employee would have the audacity to steal my tennis shoes. WOW, is the only thing I can say at this point..."
