"My review goes out to Alex, the technician. There was a new lock that was installed to all of the apartment doors today, and there was an issue with the lock pad that was installed on my door. The machine was not working because the code that I was given was NOT unlocking my door as well as the app was NOT unlocking my door. I was locked out of my apartment. Alex stayed for THREE WHOLE HOURS to fix the machine and make sure I'm able to unlock and lock my door. I hope this issue does not happen again, as I was very pleased with the old lock on my apartment door. But I will definitely be contacting Alex again for his kind and patient assistance."

Block C was our last stop and we were the most impressed with the floor plans compared to other places that have more walls than floors. We fell in love and the staff were so bubbly and knowledgeable. Our sister-in-law lives here and recommended it to us. We applied in less than 2 hours from when we left even though we were exhausted. We appreciate all the work they're putting in to help us get approved while we're selling our house"

"I was having an issue with my washer/dryer and Alexander and Rolex came and fixed the issue quickly and even gave me some advice and tips on the washer/dryer. Alexander is a very knowledgeable person. Also a few day prior I saw Rolex repainting a unit on my floor and he did the whole thing in about 2 hours and it look brand new. It was very impressive."
