"I have been living at Camden since 2011. I briefly moved out of state but when I moved back I only wanted to move back to Camden Old Creek. The Management has always been good because Amy Doegan has been here since I first came here13 years ago but I believe that with our Manager Josh and Amy and Brittney we have the best team ever. They are always smiling and happy and always ready to help. Our Maintenance crew led by Carlos always goes above and beyond. They keep this place looking great. Our amenities are Amazing. We have a gorgeous pool and conference room available to do work. Great Gym. I love to hike and we have trails outside of each gate. I hope I never have to move from here because I absolutely Love Living here at Camden Old Creek."

"Amy, Brittney and Josh are INCREDIBLE!!! If you’re looking for a home where the staff treats you like family, communicates effectively, fully informs you of everything going on within the community, and makes you feel at home, you’re at the right place. The interior of all the units are gorgeous with amazing upgrades, beautiful views, and a maintenance staff that responds so quick, you will never be left waiting for your work orders to be addressed. Carlos, the head of maintenance is amazing and makes sure all work orders are completed within a timely manner and communicates you if there are any delays so you’re never left wondering what’s going on. 100/10 would recommend checking this place out if you’re moving to the San Marcos area. Just stop by the office and tour with any one of them - you won’t have to search for home any further."

"I have had an amazing experience living at Camden Old Creek. It is a clean, safe and well appointed place to live. The staff is friendly and responsive to my needs as a resident. Yes…it is a bit more expensive than I would like to pay but all the positives outweigh a couple hundred more per month."

"My partner and I have been here for almost 6 months and have loved our time at Camden Old Creek. Brittany answered all of our initial questions and gave us an extensive tour of the different floor plans that Camden has to offer. She made our tour personable and we immediately felt like calling Camden our new home. Afterwards, we met Amy and Josh, and between the three of them, we have been so lucky to have them by our side for support. They truly are a dream team who care about the residents of the complex. Also, the maintenance team here work very hard and fix any issues (which are very rare) in a matter of 24 hours or less. We have met so many nice neighbors and friends at this complex and everyone is so polite and kind. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and spacious, with modern granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. You can tell these apartments were built solid from the ground up and we have never had an issue not finding parking. Lastly, the amenities are just the cherry on top of a great sundae. From the resort style heated pool and jacuzzi to the beautiful club house and 24 hour gym, we are truly blessed to be here and plan to stay for many years to come. "Just moved here, right off the bat I was impressed with the quality of the virtual tour I received from Brittany, as well as the warm welcome from Amy and Josh. Brittany walked the whole distance from the leasing office to the unit showing me the complex the whole way. The pool area is resort quality with a year round heated 80 degree pool and spa. There was a small issue with my unit (predating my arrival) and they offered me an alternate or a temporary unit until mine was ready which I took and will move down the hall in a week. They guide through everything from Internet and cable access to utility connections. They have commerce accounts with each vendor and dedicated phone number for set up and help. There’s an off leash dog park in the complex! Can’t wait to get settled and update the review. I feel like a local already."
