"Hello, I have been living here for 3 years and I see negative comments. Like every place. We as Latinos if we could help a little it would be much better. They try to keep the place clean I have witnessed watching the maintenance staff clean non-stop they are prohibited from using any skateboards or playing in the entrances but the problem is not the rules because they have it but it is there in us as parents. "Lots of noise at night, teenagers/children are playing on their skateboard until 10pm. They don't want to give you parking inside the place even if you have a two-bedroom apartment, when others have up to 3 parking spaces per apartment. Crime, they have already broken windows under the bridge because people have nowhere to park."
