"- rent is unreasonably high ($2000 for a one bedroom apt with NO washer+dryer, super small apt space, and only one parking spot) - machine washers are low quality, but instead of buying new ones management decided to add vending machines (like, seriously??) - pipes and water quality is low (leaking in the bathroom and foul odor of water) - clothes is stolen out of the dryers - finding parking is so difficult if you have more than one car and only one parking space - no visitor parking, so if you have guests you have to park on the street with unreliable space. I have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to my car because I live at the bottom of the apartments. - parking is overall terrible and crowded in the apartments"

"The apartments are very quiet and safe overall. When I initially moved in, I was only planning to be there six months, but stayed until March 2nd 2018. The price was better than smaller apartments near by and the complex is central to a lot of the places people use daily in San Marcos. When I spoke with Esmeralda, she was always very helpful and anytime I had a maintenance request, it was resolved quickly. I appreciate my time there and would recommend it to anybody who wants a safe community at a reasonable price for the area."

"If I could leave less than 1 star I would! A few weeks after we moved we ordered a package and forgot to change our automatic delivery address and it arrived to our old place here. It was delivered to the wrong address and the tenant took it to the office and the office temp took it to the “correct” address (our old apt). We’ve been calling trying to figure out where the package is because the same day it arrived we spoke to the tenant that turned it in at the office. The temp gave me a call and said “I did what I was supposed to do. So what would you like us to do” I merely asked “is there anyway you can compensate us for it?” SHE LAUGHED and said “ma’am you guys ordered it to the wrong address and you want us to cover it? That was your mistake but I can write a letter to the company and say I messed up and put it at the old place that no one lives in and it was stolen” at that point I was furious that she laughed and told her that’s it’s fine. I wasn’t trying to say it was their fault I was offering suggestions and she was extremely rude and when I told her I felt it was rude to laugh she got louder and said “I am not being rude I’m being professional and this is business”. I said “it’s fine we will figure it out have a great day” and she hung up on me."

"It's a nice community, with nice apartments. But, the staff is clueless and doesn't listen to their residents. Our oven stays hot for days on end, got it replaced by a "new" one. The new one has rust all in the inside and the knobs won't turn to shut off the flames. Places like this that rely on customer satisfaction, should be qualified for the job."

"first i want to say that they are not organized company,and for sure that they don't communicate between each other. even if you have an upgraded apartment still a lot of things weren't upgraded. their leas in not clear, and if you read it carefully their is a lot of point where they keep it unclear. when i was signing the contract they told if i want to leave i have to give them 30 day notice as is stated in the contract. i went to ask them today they told me other wise. for sure that not place to be with unprofessional management. i don't even want to go over how they were trying to cheat us in the beginning."
