"The management company has been unresponsive and has not returned our deposit check despite our many attempts to contact them by phone and email for the past 2 months after returning our apartment. They never pick up the phone or reply to emails. Even the leasing office cannot reach them out. The only time they are responsive is when they want to get your money."

"We just love it here. Going on 4 years, Time flies. As a whole It's like staying in a nice hotel. I set it up just the way we like it. Some people aren’t happy no matter what they have or don't have. I personally find living here is just super convenient it makes my apartment life really simple. Management & maintenance have never let us down. They have done everything promised and some."

"Pretty nice place but.... house-sat for a month summer of 2019 and again over Christmas 2019. Pros- excellent location, close to literally everything! City, nature, restaurants, walking, university, shopping. Great pool and exercise room. Apartments are nice. Staff are responsive and nice every time I spoke with them. Nicely landscaped and kept up with one exception (see below). Cons- owners change too often. Can get noisy especially morning and evening as vehicles zoom in and out. Kids often in exercise room, pool and clubhouse unsupervised. People in the public trash containers looking through residents trash to steal identities. Cockroaches in apartments. The constant smell of marijuana smoke just floating around. Broke-down and dangerous tennis courts, they should fix it or shut it down! Still, pretty nice place in an excellent location!"
