"Living here with my son whose disable, the upper management is not very responsive upkeep on the building the gutters need to be clean and the roof suffers from deferred maintenance. The unit that I occupy due gutters never clean for 5 years when it rains the patio roof is separating from the gutter and causing patio overflow. My request for the roof and the gutter cleaning and pigeon dropping have been going on for approx. three years; its simply unhealthy."
"Worst management company to work for!!! The company culture is abysmal. Upper management will throw you under the bus for next to nothing no matter how hard you work or dependable. Property manager was lazy and very difficult to work with. Bad attitude everyday and yelled at residents often. Couldn't do my job without confrontation near daily. Whew!!! Best advice is steer clear of EAH housing.org. Former maintenance Technician."
"I lived here for most of the year back in 2014. Nice appartments, the waiting list was very long if I remember correctly...About 2 years or so, however if you have a physical, mental or developmental disability, or a mild neurological disorder (Tourette's Syndrome) or a mild, less severe mental-illness which can be managed by taking medication(s), have no serious criminal charges(like felonies, multiple recient arrest ect.) And also, if you're not an active user of any illicit substance, then you may be able to get an awesome one-bedroom appartment subsidized for you at a fraction of the cost you would normally pay out of pocket without assistance. Personally, I loved this place and would have given it 5 stars if I could, but since I felt sort of unwanted, and I had no friendships or a girlfriend at that time, I struggled. Didn't really connect whilst attempting to meet and bond with fellow tennants at community gatherings/events they would hold there. So anyways, my biggest mistake while living there, was walking outside along the Santa Ana Riverbed Bike-Path Trails, where I eventually ended up hanging out with homeless people in the actual riverbank, which begins LITERALLY RIGHT OUTSIDE the front doors of this complex. I drank and smoked with them for awhile, but then they started coming and knocking on my door all the time 24/7 day and night, asking to shower or sleep on the couch. When they were not stealing my belongings, They were breaking into the complex to harass another individual who told them where he lived, they stole my phones, other valuables, ipod, bluetooth speaker, ect. They even stole MY clothing & SHOES!! (The tweekers were the WORST.) Finally, I had a complete mental-breakdown and screamed at the manager to help me, because these people had eaten all of my food and I was starving I haven't eaten in 3 days, so she called the police on me right now ambulance take him to the hospital and feed me then I walked back to the apartments. The next day I found a 30-day eviction notice paper stapled to the door of my apartment unit. I don't know if anyone cared about me there or not, I ended up homeless for about a year, then with help from family got off the street and back into comunity college and working a good job. If you work/study part time, or just stay away from trouble and ESPECIALLY, STAY AWAY FROM THE RIVERBED & BIKE-TRAIL, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT-TIME, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DISABLED, IT IS UNSAFE! (SOME OF THE HOMELESS ARE BAD NEWS, VERY CUNNING & MANIPULATIVE AND SOME ARE EVEN ARMED & EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!) Other than those few flaws, enjoy it's a great place to live"
