"Hotel is extremely convenient to John Wayne airport and a short easy drive to Disneyland. Room was extremely clean and spacious, staff was kind and efficient, and a full hot breakfast (pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes) was included. Plenty of parking included. Amazing value, and terrific for families with small kids as every room includes a large, shockingly comfortable sofa bed. This will be our go to for future Disneyland trips!"

"Booked this room due to having a medical procedure in town. Surprised to find the hotel requires a $200.00 security deposit. When I shared my surprise the gentleman behind the counter informed most of the hotels in his area charge $300.00 deposit. Guess he felt I was getting a deal. $200.00 deposit on a 2-3 star hotel. Lesson learned, I won't be staying in this area again."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Room smelled terrible, smelled like mold. Floors were not clean, curtains were very dirty and sheets and blankets that are supposed to be white looked like they were dirty and smelled awful. We were only given 2 towels and when we requested more we never got them, requested again and they sent some kitchen towels instead. Spiders everywhere, clogged bathtub that we asked to have fixed and it did not get fixed or even checked. I felt unsafe and parking spaces were tiny, a lot of cars taking up 2 spots. I dreaded each night we had to return to our room, the pictures are very deceiving. Do not waste your money, stay somewhere else"

"I booked and paid for my room in advance knowing that I’d be checking in a little late because of work. I got to the hotel and the staff told me it might be too late to check into my room that was already paid for and booked days ago. Finally they set me up with my room keys and I was able to get my room. Beginning at 8am there was pounding on the room door by staff, then at 9am the staff had pounded on the door and opened the door and were yelling “This room is vacant. Get out or we’re calling the police”… on a room that I had pre paid for, booked, got the keys to stay in and attempted to enjoy my stay. So the staff not only doesn’t know how to do their job but they’re also super inappropriate, very rude and extremely ignorant. After this last time pounding on the door and trying to threaten me on my stay, we had spoken to someone at the front desk about how ignorant the staff is and explained the problem so they gave us a late checkout as we requested since the trouble the staff was causing. I feel fair in saying that regardless of how nice the hotel appears, staff absolutely can ruin a stay. Especially when they’re pounding on your door at 8am (with a 12pm check out) trying to kick you out of a room you’ve had booked for a week in advance. Not happy at all."

"I usually never write bad reviews. If I don't like a place or service, I don't go there ever again. But this one was beyond a bad experience, so I have the urge to put this out here. If there were a minus rating, I would give it to this hotel and its staff. I am an accounting manager for a well-established tech company. I had seven employees traveling in West Coast for one week, and every big or small hotel was accommodating except this one. We had international employees coming over for conferences and client visits. We decided not to let them pay for any expense and then go through the reimbursement process. As the expense here could be a big amount for them to transfer from another country. We made bookings through the travel portal. When each employee goes to the hotel check-in, if the hotel requires a deposit or resort charges - I would pay via credit card authorization from a corporate card. Sure enough, this hotel was not ready to accommodate this process and asked our international employee to deposit $200 dollar, for which he had to transfer personal funds from his home country even after three weeks funds were not refunded, and employees' personal budgets is messed up. Now when I call them for follow-up, last week I got answer that funds are refunded now its to bank. so we wait for another week and again calling today and we are getting answer that funds were never taken. Now employee's card has been charged how you say funds were never taken. At this point I am frustrated and I said I am going to write review about this hotel, he is saying you are more than welcome not to stay in this hotel. So now I am asking the receptionist that can I have email or phone number of your manager of owner of hotel, He is saying he doesnt know who is? So I am asking you dont know who you work for? Bottom line is, in the same street there are many hotels with the same pricing and other benefits. Avoid staying at such place where guests are not treated well."
