Holiday Inn

"The rooms We’re very good, the front desk staff was excellent. However, two things I had an issue with. Number one, we were there for two nights, and when we came back the second night, The cleaning lady did not clean our room and did not replenish our room with towels, almost out of toilet paper, and out of tissues. I called Front Desk, and asked to have that brought to our room the supplies that we needed. Front Desk, said they will have those items delivered in 30 minutes. One hour later nothing arrived so I called again. They apologize and had the maintenance man bring more towels, toilet paper, and tissues. In the morning, the Front Desk, apologized and said that the cleaning lady was new and most likely dropped the ball on our room. Second, there is a restaurant that serves food, your standard complementary hot breakfast buffet with potatoes, however, the customer has to pay for the food instead of having it complementary like Holiday Inn Express does . Holiday Inn Express has the same type of food that’s complementary minus the potatoes. at least that’s my experience with some of the Holiday Inn Express and I don’t know if they all provide a complementary breakfast. Would I go back to this hotel? Not sure, the reason being is having to pay for breakfast. The cost of the breakfast buffet is not cheap and, there are more hotels out there that are providing a hot complementary breakfasts. That is due to increase competition."

"Great location for the airport, rooms are spacious, clean and nicely updated, beds and pillows are very comfortable. The lobby bar/restaurant is only open for a few hours a day for breakfast and again later for a few hours for dinner but there are a couple walkable options nearby (del taco, Spoons) however it is not a very walkable location in general outside of that if you're here without a car."

"I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inns over the past 10 years and I have to say that this was one of the nicest IHG experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we were greeted by the front desk person named Frank and he was so friendly. You can tell that the owners are serious about running a great operation. The hotel is extremely clean and must’ve been refreshed a while back because everything is very nice inside. We went out to the Jacuzzi last night at the pool is warm and everything was clean. The only thing I didn’t realize how close we were to the airport but you really couldn’t hear it but you were inside."

"Best hotel we have stayed in near Disneyland, great service at front desk and good breakfast, if it was complimentary for everyone it would be even better, but when we arrived the front desk lady gave us some tickets to use and it was great. Also if they had more room service for cleaning it would be great too. Despite that we will definitely stay here again when coming back. Lovely Hotel ❤️"

"Decent stay! The hotel had ample parking, and friendly staff. The rooms were a decent size. Main complaints would be that the rooms lacked outlets next to the bed. Oddly it only had one outlet at the nightstand. Also some of the bedding had stains. Overall decent stay, and would stay again, but some improvements could be made!"
