"We booked a block of rooms for out-of-town guests and experienced a few complications and complaints. Jaime the manager was wonderful to work with, but I can't say the same for the front desk staff. We had a range of issues including a guest who couldn't get a room to another guest who received a late night call saying his room should be empty and then someone trying to get in his room in the morning. The front desk staff we dealt with were apathetic at best and rude at worst. Our guests did find the rooms comfortable and spacious but didn't have access to any of the balconies - they were all locked for safety reasons. Understandable but also weird to design a hotel with a balcony for every room and then lock all the balconies so no one has access."

"This hotel was wayyyy better than I expected!! I booked it because it was cheap and we were only coming to Disney for one day! I was surprised based off the reviews but I had a fine experience with the staff night lady, she was very informative and answered any questions I had. I was worried about the area but she ensured me that the security does rounds and my car will be fine. The beds were so comfy! First time in a while I’ve woken up with no back pain. They have dove hand soap and body wash and shampoo and conditioner which is just such a nice little extra compared to the usual cheap soaps. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. It’s hotel breakfast set your expectations lower and this place will surpass them. They had egg white omelets, egg pattys, biscuits with sausage and gravy, cinnamon rolls, cereal, etc. it’s also been a while since I stayed where they give you free toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor , shaving cream and a comb if you forget :) very pleased with my stay for the price of the room! For under $100 this was way better than expected and would come back …. Also yes you can hear neighbors. You’re in a hotel get over it"

"Everything else is good except the receptionist at night time when we checked in who was very rude. She was not friendly, and was making unnecessary remarks that were unsolicited. Guests coming in at night maybe tired from long travel, a nice friendly accommodating staff at the desk would make a big difference. The receptionist was nothing but rude and unprofessional. She said she was also tired being at the desk since 8am, but hey everybody is tired and you don't know what everyone is going through. Kindness will go along way especially in a customer based business like hotels. Please evaluate your staff."

"We’re staying for 10 days, have been here for 7 days so far, and overall it has been a good experience-staff is friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. It is obvious that there are still staff shortages here in the area, so give some grace to the business owners trying to run businesses. And the value is great-you get what you pay for."

"I checked in at around 4:30 pm. I checked the room and found the bed is not clean (one spot of human fluid don’t want to guess) I reported to the front desk when I left for dinner at 5 pm. I came back at 10 pm and found the bed left as it was. The bed sheet was still dirty and disgusting. I called the front desk, and no one responded the phone. I went down to the front desk, it was a long line. After the wait, she told me she can provide some clean sheets to me, I need to replace the sheets by myself. Then I refused, the front desk told me to wait and she will help me do that later. (She told me they are out of rooms, not able to exchange a room for me) The result was she and us finished the bed making together. And it was done at 11:30 pm. Terrible experience. I believe the disgusting bed sheets were from the last guests and they did even change the bed sheets."
