"My partner and I have been living on here for over a year. I will say the amenities are great and might sell you on living here at first but that's not the reason why we love being here after a year. We love it because of the people that keep the place looking clean and new like Christian (the painter) alongside the wonderful maintenance crew. (don't know all their names) Theres the typical dings and dirty walls just due to people walking down the hall but Christian always leaves it looking brand new with some new paint or covering up some scuffs. Also let me not forget about Micheal who made the leasing process a breeze with how helpful he is!"
"Asking for 290K bank statements This must be the most luxurious apartment in the whole world! Because we came in today for a tour. The leasing office informed us that if we need to provide bank statements over 290K in order to be qualified renting a place with them. Yes you are right. 290K USD 4600(monthly price) x 3.5 X 18 months: 289800 USD ????? Don’t bother renting a place here if you don’t make 13000 per month PER person or have less than 300K in your bank."
"I am currently a resident at the Park and Paseo apartments, part of the Broadstone Archive, managed by Greystar, and I feel compelled to share my recent experience with a significant maintenance issue. I’ve been facing a serious plumbing problem in my apartment for several days now. My kitchen sink has been filling up with black water and not draining, posing a severe hygiene and health hazard. Despite promptly reporting this issue to the maintenance team, it has now been 4 days without a resolution. In fact, they did not even notice my report until I called late at night the next day. The response to my maintenance requests has been disappointingly slow and ineffective. A plumber did visit once but was unable to fix the issue and promised to return the following day. However, subsequent promises for repair have been unfulfilled, and I’ve been repeatedly told to wait without any definitive resolution. As a tenant, I expect prompt and effective action to such critical maintenance issues, especially when they pose a threat to the habitability of my living space. The lack of urgency and effective communication from the management has been a source of great distress and inconvenience. I am sharing this experience to highlight the need for better responsiveness and accountability from the property management regarding maintenance issues. Potential and current residents deserve to be aware of these concerns, which significantly impact the quality of life at this property."
"I lived here for the last four months and honestly I have no real complaints as of yet. The staff is friendly and has helped me multiple times. The community is up kept as much as possible. Every morning there’s gardeners , janitors and cleaners taken care and maintaining the entire area, there is security 24 seven patrolling the complex and parking garage. Amazon, UPS, Prime and DoorDash have access to the buildings. There’s a coffee/bistro and boba tea shop inside the community. The community is very dog friendly which is a huge plus. Majority of the neighbors are young and friendly. There are a lot of amenities here, multiple pools, gyms, gaming rooms, karaoke studio and such. A lot of rooftop decks with TVs, grills and fireplaces. It’s a vibe honestly. I think my only grip are 1. the entitled people who refuse to pick up after their dogs and just let them relieve themselves everywhere.(not many, but there’s a few) 2. Not having access to all the buildings (you basically have to make friends in other buildings to use their dedicated amenities) 3. Not having a local grocery store or shop inside the community to get daily cooking essentials so you don’t have to have them delivered. (I know they’re working on it) 4. The dog park should be a lot bigger and there’s no water fountain to refill water bowls anymore. 5. There needs to be a stop sign outside the garage. Plenty of times cars have come speeding out and almost hitting someone crossing the street . I think it’s a great community and I lived in Hawaii for the last 10 years so I’m pretty biased . These are some photos I took"
