"I just recently moved out of my apartment here at Versailles on the Lake after years of living there and have to say I will dearly miss it. Everything from the beautiful lake, to the prompt and efficient maintenance of the property, to the convenient doggie park, and prime location which is surrounded by shops and a lot of places to eat. I will refer anyone who is looking for a home to this property because I know they will be happy and safe. The leasing office staff is phenomenal! They are kind, professional, empathetic, and extremely helpful. They graciously helped me out a great deal my last few months there especially and worked with me however they could offer their assistance. I was experiencing some personal issues while transitioning from homes and they really offered a lot of support which will always be so appreciated; they went over and beyond. I especially want to thank Nancy and Berenisa who I worked with primarily and who were absolutely amazing! Thank you ladies for all that you do! If you are debating whether or not you should live there, take this as a sign that you should! Best of luck!"

"Please avoid! In just one year here are some problems we faced: promised 3 parking spots, but one was taken away and street parking is literally non-existent. When asked about parking, management essentially said figure it out yourself. I couldn’t even sleep in my own apt sometimes cause I had nowhere to park. Cockroaches all the time Mice, yes mice problems that took over a month to fix. Pretty sure I had one running around my room for a week. You think living by a lake would be cool right? Lake is rarely clean and surrounded by duck feces 24/7."

"Terrible place, management is unwilling to help you with any issues. Lazy and doesn’t care about your family. I will have a new born in a week and leave for school a month and a half latter but won’t help me so that I can move my family and make me pay two rents. I do not recommend this place at all they will take your money. I had to pay for a storage unit for a whole year because they wouldn’t let me lift one picece of my couch over the balcony. Their excuse was you should’ve done measurements. It was impossible I just got stationed here from South Korea and unable to get my stuff to measure it. Terrible company and terrible lease staff. Maintenance staff is great and does what they can to help but the lease and people that show you around are terrible and don’t care about you."

"I lived here for 4 years during college. The 2 bed/2 bath was pretty spacious for two guys in their early 20s. That and the pools pretty clean. Other than that this place sucked when you consider how expensive it is. Location is worse than you think. Not very safe. Security isn’t there 24 hours. Every winter I used to find homeless people sleeping in the building. Cockroaches are such an issue here that they have an exterminator come every Thursday to the complex. The leasing office is incompetent. There are like 4 guest parking spaces for the entire complex. Overall, not worth the money. Would never recommend this place to anyone."
