"Ghetto. And sometimes the ghetto can be beautiful… But this is not that. From management all the way to your neighbors. Trashy trashy trashy. The management is never able to sit down and give you a straight answer. They are either busy, on lunch, or waiting on somebody to give them an answer to give you an answer. The neighbors can be OK but not all of them are vetted the same. Mixed bag for sure! It’s great to be able to afford some thing in Orange County and if you must I guess you must. But if you can I suggest staying the hell away. There is no parking for guests, zero grace for misunderstandings, and the towing is absolutely absurd! They will tow you or your guests cars with no cares given. To boot the trashy homeless people that hang around are able to go unnoticed by not only management but the city. As a female I did not feel safe walking to my car at night or being out with my children. Literally seen people shooting up drugs inside the parking garage… So gross! And still management did nothing lol"

"This place needs stronger managers. They sit in the office but don’t see half of what’s going on here. My family has lived here almost a year. All security gates have been broken the whole time. Homeless junkies come in and out especially at night. They use the laundry room, get loud at night wandering the halls, one of them has been knocking on peoples doors late at night. The office knows and doesn’t do a thing. We’re not staying. It’s not safe."

"Drug property. SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY. Can’t find security anywhere. This place needs 24 hour security and more than one security guard. Management doesn’t have enough staff or power to handle the number of problems growing, police don’t show and many people who live here don’t care. Cleaning people do a terrible half A.. job. Trash is on the ground out front, parking garage, hallways and elevators. Dumpsters are always full and garbage is piled around them, the trash rooms smell. Homeless men yell or go up to renters near the elevator entrance. Drug deals are going on out front. The homeless hang out in front on the apartment property and do drugs, pass out and leave their garbage. People with mental illness yelling randomly for hours. One man is bringing homeless into his apt to do drugs and they yell all night screaming and swearing for kids and everyone. The halls are dirty with liquid spills and dog urine and tire tracks from electric scooters. Elevators are disgusting. The garage gate has been broken since May so there have been car break ins. Kids trash the courtyard leaving trash, pulling up plants, breaking lights, and tore up the turf. They play soccer until sometimes 10pm and hit windows with the ball. If parents are around, they watch and say nothing and are just as bad. There are no consequences for people who live dirty or break rules. If you have neighbors who are out of control noisy there’s no one to help you resolve it. Many people are complaining to the office about the same issues but there’s no real improvement. It’s like we’re all being punished for the ones who trash the building or just they aren’t given enough financial resources by ConAm, the management company. Linda is great though. She genuinely cares. This brand new building is slowly being destroyed by the people who live here."

"There has been many attempted kidnapping, theft, drug use. Our children should not be seeing these things. Please be safe! There has been many many drug deals, crackheads/ homeless inside our building. Inside our unit floors, parking inside and outside. All these things are going on, and first point management knows but are not doing anything about it. We need more security, one guard who's always on the other side of 2020 isn't cutting it. We do not feel safe! We need cameras in the parking structure. We need cameras in the halls. What are we waiting for ? For a child to get kidnapped? Our children, our loved ones, are not safe after dark hours. Why are these fire alarms going off late at night? Why are we not being advised why they are going off for? In a real situation, people are not going to take them serious if they are just going off randomly at any day and time! I am genuinely concerned for all my neighbors, for those who have children, wife's, for those who are elderly! Please be safe! , And this place has gone downhill within the months I've been here. This place has become unsafe for our children and loved ones. Stay safe. Last attempted abduction happened 11-03-23 6pm. The office literally doesn’t care, some children are reckless and play soccer till 10pm hitting windows.. etc"

"My experience been nothing but GREAT. Since the beginning, we were guided through the application process and were notified when there was an availability. Lauren, Keisha, Linda, the staff & maintenance are all amazing. They are always willing to help answer a question or assist even when you can see they have so much going on. Parking can be challenging but for the location and price, you can wish for a better service!"
