"It does not seem like the other reviews are real. People are stealing from residents here, gaining access to the parking garage through the retail elevator which is running throughout the night. If you want the theft to stop, turn this elevator off. I've had 2 bikes taken, my car vandalized twice because of this elevator. Also please put up signs to warn other residents of this recurring theft. Nothing has been done...if you are the owner it would be nice for you to call me and at least talk to me. No one cares about the theft here, which is a terrible way to run an apartment complex. Had to watch security footage and do all the investigation myself to learn how the perpetrators were gaining access to steal my and other's bikes. So terrible. The theft continues. I’ve had two bikes stolen from the “secure” parking garage. Both times someone broke or cut my bike chain and lock. I’m asking for the management to meet me halfway and take the theft seriously this time. Multiple people are getting their things stolen. Please let’s find who’s doing this. Complex parking garage is never safe and it breaks my heart that this has happened again. Really hoping somehow this bike will be returned."

"My first Google review ever! I couldn't miss an opportunity to praise this place! The 1447 Lincoln property has been my home for the past four years, and it truly has been a dream every since Lincoln Property Company took over. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and responsive. Any apartment maintenance issues I report (not frequent, but naturally do arise) are handled within hours, if not minutes, and the team really is so incredibly friendly. If necessary, they always give me a call to let me know that my issue has been resolved or they leave a detailed note about their work. If I ever notice a washing machine broken (rare, but has happened), it's ALWAYS fixed by the next day I check. The team is always incredibly responsive and just an overall great group of people to deal with. The apartments themselves are great too - everything is new and clean, and you can't beat the location. Overall, if you're looking to live in the LA-area, I cannot suggest this property enough!"

"The best rent experience I’ve had. I have visited ten places and Lincoln SM was my 10th & loved it the minute I entered into the office! The units are incredible with stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect spot to experience the best of Santa Monica and the surround areas. Amazing food right outside of my door & walking distance to the Pier, mall, & movie theater. Huge Thanks to Serina, Josh, & Danny for being the best staff. Serina was the first person that I met & she made me feel at home. Don't hesitate to reach out to them, and book a tour. The staff is incredible and the place is perfect! Thank you again to all the employees."

"My ex-wife/"Baby-Mama" lives here. Truly a very nice, well put-together apartment complex. Lots of units, and from what I can see, a wide variety of sizes and configurations are represented by those units. From my limited dealings with the on-site staff, they are courteous and considerate; I repeatedly parked in the maintenance staff's allocated parking spots, and they EVENTUALLY came to my ex's door to warn me my car would be towed if I continued. Despite that, I STILL accidentally parked in one of their spots, and they left me a final written warning instead of just having my car towed away! Super courteous. If you know how parking is in Santa Monica, that is amazingly thoughtful..."
