Greenhaven Oaks Apartments

"No one in Management cares to do their job. The property is in serious need of maintenance. From roofing, gutters to parking, walls, siding, you name it it is seriously neglected. As long as you don't complaint you live at peace. Patios are falling apart. Sad place to call home."

"I’m very disappointed in these apartments because for one they raised the rent, we have rats, and roaches, mind you the rats run from in and out the air conditioner to the water heater out on the back patio, along with in the roofs, when we want something fixed you have to ask plenty of times. They don’t clean the pool, the hot tub literally stinks, mind you we have two pools and their both dirty, and keep one locked at all times. This is disgusting and sad especially since they raised the rent."

"Although rent increased and my apartment was not upgraded I loved Greenhaven Oaks! Management is extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable! Maintenance is on point! Everytime I needed something fixed, he came same day and got it done and he was friendly/sociable. The complex is pretty quiet and safe. I didn’t have any issues. I had a 10 month lease here and I loved it here! I just wish they had washer n dryer in the units and an upgraded kitchen. No issues with bugs except for spiders but I think that’s the Norm for Greenhaven area because of all the trees. Overall Amazing experience from beginning to end."

"I love these apartments. I've been here 2 and a half years and have no complaints. Very quiet no drama, people are friendly but everyone stays to their self. Management is sweet as pie. I don't plan on moving anytime soon."

"Sharing this review because I know how helpful reviews were to me when I was moving. I enjoyed living at greenhaven oaks for 1 year. I had no problems with any neighbors, management or with my place. The only negatives are there is no washer/dryer in the unit and the units are older but if i ever had a service request (they were minor) it was always filled immediately. Plus Greenhaven is a nice quiet area."
