Motel 6 Sacramento, CA – South Sacramento & Elk Grove

"Very description at this location with the manager. I booked room and the night worker is new and could not find my reservation every thing is on record. I booked it till sunday and was told there record said Saturday after providing proof I got a good deal online ad the company i booked it called them with no issues and paid for. There scammers. Dont recommend here . Bad management and training, no communication. I like city to report this place."

"The S#test motel experience in my life, rooms smell smoke, I booked a non smoking room and I booked a large bed and they gave me a little queen size, the receptionist guy doesn't even know what he's doing. No courtesy!!!! Would never comeback and never recommend anyone to come here!! Canceled my reservation right away!!"

"I had to stay at this location for 2 weeks until my house was ready to move into. The staff was very pleasant. I was always greeted with good morning and a smile. I wasn't happy about having to stay at a motel 6 while my house was getting ready but the experience was a lot better than I thought. The staff made me feel welcome. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for making my difficult time easier to deal with."

"Wonderful experience at a Motel 6! The staff was friendly and attentive to detail; they recognized my commercial driver's license immediately and waived the deposit. The room was recently remodeled, clean, comfortable bed, ample surface space for personal items, shower tub, and everything worked (T.V., AC/heat, refrigerator, etc.). I especially was impressed by the automatic gate and security fence that gave me 'peace of mind'. I gave every category a 5 star except for location. It was only because the location of a cell tower was in a very close proximity to the motel at one end. However, the woman at the front desk had placed me in a room on the other end and on the backside, which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this Motel 6. Did I mention the great price? Thank you Motel 6 in South Sacramento."
