"For the price, this was an amazing place! We were treated to a large room with a comfortable bed by really wonderful staff. Fun and quirky and lovely. The pool was great and there was a brewery a short walk away."

"Friendly and accommodating staff, good price range. TIP: make your reservations through them and get a better deal than online through a booking website. Room was clean, good sized fridge for someone who likes to carry food. The bed was great but sheets had a strong bleach smell. Bathroom was in good shape, decent towels, but drain had a strong smell too. Gated parking lot but have to call office to get in each time. Would come back for the price and the location. Good if you're not looking for strong amenities but want to save some cash and feel secure."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place! For the price it was a comfy room and very clean. Bed and linens were comfy and AC worked great. There is an awesome brewery across the street where you can buy to go beer and order a pizza too! I love the little garden area to hang out among the succulents. Water was really hot, shower was a little small but that was my only semi-complaint! Last but definitely not least the staff was so very nice and accommodating! Will definitely be back the next time in Sac!"

"Space is limited, but very cozy. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed actually was for the price of the room. Very well kept, with a fresh clean scent upon entering. It’s a unique place to stay, with a coffee bar and pool. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Great place to crash for a getaway weekend."

"The Greens is a hidden gem, it has a funky, kind of 50s vibe, don't let the slightly Industrial feel of the neighborhood fool you, it is up and coming and I felt very safe walking around. There is a security fence and gate that is locked from 7 p.m. overnight to keep the parking lot secure. My room was on the second floor, air conditioning worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower, and the room was impeccably clean. A little small, and no dresser or clothing storage, but had an unusual hanger arrangement to hang clothes from hooks on the wall. Was not a big deal as I only stayed a few days. There was a mini fridge the was very cold. All of the front desk staff I met were very professional, friendly and welcoming. I left a day earlier than anticipated because my business ended early and there was no problem getting a refund for the extra night I had prepaid for. Rate is very reasonable for the area, and did I mention the bed was incredibly comfortable! I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends who will be traveling to Sacramento."
