"Room was great, had a nice view and the AC was awesome. Unfortunate that a group of 2000 high school students were also staying that night. The bartenders were on point and provided good service, but we wished it stayed open later than 11:30. The 24/7 snack shop was also closed each time we checked from 8-10 pm. We wanted to hit the hot tub..but it closes at 10 pm. Our overall stay was alright, but I expected better for 230$."

"The place is not cheap but with plenty of other high-end hotels in the immediate area with higher price points. I always enjoy staying at a really nice hotel with a lobby that stays busy. They have a couple of restaurants and a hotel bar. Rooms were spacious and the TV was huge. Not too many TV channels but I only stayed for two nights. Parking was $25 a night (Hyatt's garage on property I believe) which is almost on par with other parking garages."

"I would certainly recommend this hotel in Sacramento. Location is pretty much 10 minutes away from everything! The staff was lovely, especially Marilynn during check in. I actually called around 1pm yesterday to check on house keeping status, the gentleman I spoke with said they would be more than happy to accommodate us. Getting to check in earlier just made my day! I was so tired from travel I could literally hear the king size bed calling me! The room was clean, there’s a Starbucks in the hotel along with a cute cafe. Totally wanted to get in the beautiful pool and hot tub but it was a little rainy. The only thing I’d mention would be housekeeping at 7:30 this morning was a little loud. Granted this department is obviously doing their jobs and are clearly efficient, hence the 1:30 check in the other day. However it’s just something to make a delicate note of. I would absolutely book this regency again."

"Great room, great location, and close to lots of good food. Had a wonderful stay for a conference. The room was clean, the bar was friendly and made great drinks. I had a small issue at Checkout. However, Marilyn at the front desk was amazing and helped my group finalize everything and check out."

"For the price, location and status of the hotel I would expect more from the rooms. The service was good. The room service arrived quickly and tasted great as well. Location worked perfect. The room was falling apart and the mini fridge was smaller than a normal mini fridge. *Update 11/28/23* Called the assistant director of operations as notified the next day and left a voicemail with contact information. Twice I left my information and never received a return call back about this matter."
