"The views were amazing! The grounds were clean, and the security staff was friendly. The unit offered a lot of outdoor/patio space. We went off season and it was very quiet. Cons: Our room was not well equipped for a family of six. The walls were dirty, it was overall pretty dated, and the bedding (pillows & mattresses) appeared quite old and stained. There were lots of warnings of ants (we didn't see any) however they didn't provide anything to help keep the space clean (wash clothes, surface spay, broom, etc)."

"Incredible views, extremely close to Avalon, and very peaceful and relaxing. Well worth the money if you're staying on catalina for a couple nights"

"Hamilton Cove is a beautiful place I stayed in 1-56 from what I remember there's lots of steps which I didn't mind that's great exercise. The view from the balcony was gorgeous very quite, clean and well kept the fitness center had a great view of the ocean! I didn't get inside the pool nor hot tub it seemed outdated and little small in my opinion I opted for the beautiful ocean just steps away even though rocky I recommend water shoes it was very clear pristine water. I did notice they're building more units further up the mountain I wonder if they're going to have elevators inside? Would recommend and come back!"
