"We use to come every year to stay here for our aniversary but since the pandemic this hotel has dropped the ball. We use to love this hotel and to us it was a 5 Star Hotel. Service was excellent and they would even have staff ready to take our lugage to the hotel off of the Catalina Express. It was an experience that no other hotel has ever offered us. They use to give you these body wash and lotions in this little bottles that smelled just like a fresh clean Lime Mojito that would give our showering an amazing relaxing feel of being on an island. Who ever had created that place had thought of everything we would say to eachother. They had a beautiful breakfast room and chef making omelets for guests and they had everything orange juice,apple juice,milk,coffee and many kinds of wine. You didnt need anything else because this Hotel would provide everything guests needed even towels for the beach. It was an experience that anyone would be amazed to hear about back home but sadly since the pandemic guests have stopped coming because this hotel has changed the way they operate things now. They no longer have staff pick up luggage from catalina express no more. They stopped having Breakfast and replaced it with a few glass of wine and cheese and they give you vouchers discounts to this place on the island where the food is not the greatest. They replaced the body wash and lotions and they smell just like the ones we have at home wich is nothing special anymore. Staff is sometimes rude and on their phones texting and laughing at other guests. This hotel has lost its magic and it might still be a great experience for first comers but for us that use to come every year we can really seen the difference. its so sad to see the place where we once had our honeymoon change so drastically. I hope Management reads my review and brings this place back to life how it use to be. I have faith that one day it will."

"Staffs are really nice and accommodating. I really like the hotel layout because you can rest and hangout on their outdoor patios after you check out. It's especially great when you have to wait for the ferry."

"This is one of the nicest hotels where I have ever stayed . The location is perfect and the courtyard couldn't be nicer. All of the staff have been friendly and the room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends."

"This place was perfect. Right by the boat dock for an easy transition from the Catalina Express. They have a beautiful botanical courtyard, so you dont have to rent chairs at the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times."
