el PRADO Hotel

"Great location and accomodations! Visited for work and would love to come back on personal time The amenities and conveniences in room were nice . Their bathroom products are an incredible line, that I forget (my age) but want to buy for myself. The little night/room light phone charger deviseis such a a simple but great convenience , every hotel should have . No coffee maker in room but they put out a coffee, tea table in AM in the hallway by elevator so everyone can grab what they prefer. It's a nice set up! No sit down restaurant on prem, room service only. This suited me just fine. Lots of nice ethnic and American restaurants near by to walk to and grab whatever catches your fancy. Fitness center was rather limited, one cardio equipment each and free weights. Once again I was in there early and got what I needed. But I can see it getting crowded or not being able to get your equipment of choice during busier times."

"I was here on business, Pulled up in front of the hotel, valet was quick and easy. Check in process was fast, the front desk staff last night were super friendly. I got up to my room and it was clean and quiet. The bed was soooo soft. They had a fully stocked robobar and some snacks. I ate the cheesepuffs! its great that they had this in room, I didn't have to leave. The shower was hot! loved it. Room was quiet, I didn't hear anyone the whole time I was there. I looked at the room service menu, they had some items I definitely would have tried but I ate before I arrived. All in all a great experience, i'd definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was superb: attentive and extremely pleasant. The location could not be better. The room (we had a suite) was quite large and very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice (separate tub and shower in all marble). I will definitely stay again when we come back to visit family again. El PRADO was one of the best boutique hotels we stayed at in the US."

"We had a day conference at the hotel so we didn’t actually stay in a room so can’t say about the experience there. Located in downtown palo alto with everything being a walkable distance. Parking on the weekend is easy on the street or a free parking garage across the street, which usually is 3hrs on weekdays. Valet was interesting as they didn’t know how to drive a manual but nevertheless still super nice. $20 for whole day parking aint bad tbh Conference room was spacious and had nice views, food and everything was okay, but service was a little lacking when they served lunch. (Had to wait like 5 min for them to restock the main course when it was buffet style) Overall good vibes and nice views, and definitely on the higher end"

"Thank you El Prado Hotel for a relaxing stay and wonderful experience! We enjoyed it very much. The room was very spacious and very clean. Loved the social spaces for guests and it’s right in the heart of all great restaurants and retail. No need to travel far. Will definitely go back and stay here."
