"Great hotel the is very close to Stanford University. All rooms seem to face the creek and trees. Room clean and comfortable. Great little Deli next door . The the continental breakfast is a little light and could use some milk, cereals and bagels. Highly recommended"

"My family and I stayed here for a little over two weeks due to a family emergency and under a significant amount of stress. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and sympathetic towards our circumstances. With the exception of the pool, we utilized facilities available from doing the laundry and having a few sandwiches from the deli/grocery. We initially stayed in a regular room then moved to the kitchenette suite, with the living room and private bedroom."

"This is a very clean, well-maintained property and you can tell they really care about the guest experience. I've unfortunately stayed in far too many hotels where the maintenance crew does a sub-par job with repairs and upkeep. At Creekside Inn, you can immediately tell that someone is taking pride in their work. The outside grounds are well-kept, and (at least in our two rooms) there was attention to detail: no mismatched hinge screws, crooked outlets or creaky doors. Our rooms were spotlessly clean as well and were more upscale than I was expecting at this price point. Nice, big mini-fridge, microwave and Samsung flat screen TV. The soft robes are a nice touch. Seriously, the difference between this place and the nearby Comfort Inn (yuck) is night and day! Our bed was very comfortable, though it should be noted that it was not a true queen bed, but a "full" or double...I don't know why hotels keep calling a full bed a queen, but its a minor nitpick. Bathrooms appear to be recently updated. The only letdown is the low water pressure. And it takes a while for the hot water to reach you. Definitely turn on that shower a little early! Bottom line, if you are visiting someone at Stanford or in Palo Alto, this is the place to stay. Definitely don't go to the Comfort Inn...my wife and I still joke about how horrific it was. Keep up the good work, Creekside!"

"This is a very nice hotel. Everything has been updated. The rooms are average size, but cleaner and more current. Pastries and yogurt are main stays of breakfast, but there is a great deli adjacent to hotel with delicious breakfast sandwiches."

"The bed was quite comfortable, which is always hit-or-miss at a hotel. The amenities are nice, and we would definitely stay here again. It did seem odd (but we didn't ask) why the kitchenette didn't have tableware or pots/pans. We weren't planning to cook, but plates and flatware would have been useful. There's a great little store on the property, and charging stations if you have an electric vehicle. The pool was lovely."
