"My first time trying a Self-Serve Dog Wash and I was super impressed with WashPaw! From the cleanliness, friendly staff, and zen-like environment. They provided all the tools and demonstrated how to operate the equipment. They were available to answer questions and offered recommendations when needed. It truly was a great bonding experience with my dog, Peaches. I was mostly impressed by the fact that they are Fear Free Certified Professionals! "This is the only place I have taken my dog to be groomed. She started going once she was finished with all of her puppy shots and I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else. The staff is amazing, they make sure she feels welcomed and loved and she always come home looking so clean and adorable. "I have a very nervous 5-year old miniature dachshund and I needed to get her nails trimmed. I knew I couldn’t do it myself because it’d be a traumatizing experience for both us. I googled and searched and found WASHPAW. Their reviews were excellent. I made a same day appointment and brought my Daisy Jane. She was so nervous when we walked in but the wonderful groomer (I can’t remember her name for the life of me) was so kind. She gently picked Daisy up and brought her back. She talked so sweetly and reassuringly to DJ throughout the whole ordeal. I was honestly so relieved I could have cried. She did an amazing job with her nails and DJ never cried. I was incredibly impressed and will go back for both of my girls for all their grooming needs. They really made you trust that not only do they know what they’re doing but that they truly love their animals. Thank you for letting this be a good experience for Daisy Jane."

"Can’t say enough about my experience with WashPaw. Today was my pup’s first ever visit there and we’re already scheduling his next. This was his first time to any groomer actually. I’ve got an 8 month old English Bulldog and let’s just say he is a handful. He’s stubborn, hyper, wiggly, and does what HE wants. So I was really apprehensive about how the groomer may react to him. Well, they handled him PERFECTLY. They not only did everything I asked, they were on time, professional, and even complimented my dude at the end. The service was second to none and I really really appreciate how well they handled what could not have been an easy wash. Frank came home smelling good, looking good, and feeling good. I just hope the groomer did too!"
