"Nashville Pet Salon is the perfect place to bring your friend! We have a Standard Poodle, so we need a groom quite frequently and Poodles are notoriously tricky breeds to trim. The team is great and always takes our tweaks/asks/feedback and takes care of it."

"Please do not take you pets to this groomer if you care about your pet. I took my doodle here for a deluxe bath including trimming her sanitary areas and detangling some mild matting. We were unhappy with several aspects of her groom. When we picked her up she was still damp. She also smelled like dirty bath water and didn’t smell fresh at all. She had remaining mats that were not removed. They also cut her eyelashes without consent. We have never cut her eyelashes before and they were beautiful and long, I’m not sure why they cut them without asking first since we clearly put a lot of time and effort into keeping them long over time. They did trim around her butt, but did not trim other aspects of her sanitary region (hair on her wee wee). The last thing we didn’t like is the process. She had to stay for 4.5 hours just for a bath. They said this is to give breaks but we prefer individual appointments where the dog can be in and out in 2 hours to avoid sitting with wet hair or locked away in a crate. For reference, we paid for the most experienced groomer, I believe it was the owner. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"This was my first visit to NPS. It was a great experience. Their salon is very clean. Employees are knowledgeable and communicate well. AND...my sweet Bailey looks so handsome! We will definitely be back."

"Nashville Pet Salon is top notch. My two dogs have been groomed by Katie since 2017. Always a perfect groom. My scottie was a rescue and initially terrified of new people. Katie and her staff are patient with him. He does well now. My other little dog is high maintenance. SHe yips at the smallest touch to her fur, nails, etc. it’s been reported she does much better. She still gets a “drama Queen” report here and there. Just a great place. I feel my dogs are safe there and will receive the best. I always tell my friends that my dogs are going to their Elizabeth Arden Spa day when they get their grooming."

"Worth the wait! Yes there is a waitlist to get your dog in the door here, but we’re so happy we waited! Our dog absolutely LOVES it here and we couldn’t feel more comfortable every time we drop her off for her monthly spa visit! Everyone that we’ve interacted with from the staff and grooming team over the last year has been absolutely wonderful and professional and we can tell that they treat our girl like one of their own! Thank you Nashville Pet Salon for keeping such a high standard of care and professionalism even during Nashville’s insane growth - you’re worth the wait!"
