"This pharmacy has pleasant employees but getting them to the drive thru window is a long wait. I’m not sure if store is short staffed but I really don’t like doing service here. My insurance wanted me to. I may switch to a CVS in a different town to see if service is faster. I usually sit for several minutes before anyone even speaks to me or sees me, it’s not what I’m used to with other pharmacies."

"Been on hold for 35 minutes waiting to speak to the pharmacy staff and still holding. I have an extremely important question to ask them since the Rite-Aid/Walgreens in Old Hickory sent my med records there, instead of sending those records to a closer CVS. Being on hold this long [now 40 minutes] will not stand..!!! How incompetent/rude can the pharmacy staff possibly be..???"
