"I literally have no idea how this place has so many five star reviews… It blows my mind. I was so SO so disappointed in our experience with this facility. We were interviewing different local locations for daycare for our new puppy and were excited to try this place based on the reviews and proximity to our home. According to their website and the welcome email I received, it seemed everything I wanted in a daycare. We set up a meet and greet which per email we were told would be a tour of the facility as well as an explanation of how they did things. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the place smelled HORRIBLY… we have been to several dog daycares (5 dogs) and it just smelled dirty. We got there and a very un-friendly person asked our dogs name and said “Ok. Pick him up after 3:30” and took him back without anything else… we left feeling uneasy but had the cameras to hopefully make it all feel a bit better… WRONG! We watched as our puppy was placed in a small, indoor (no access to outdoors) room with no LESS then 25 dogs at a time. Huge, large, small, tiny dogs. No separation whatsoever. We watched as our puppy got tackled by several older dogs all day long. Since they don’t have an area outside, all the dogs pooped and peed all over the room while a staff member followed them with a mop. Feeling terrible when we picked him up, I was at least looking for the promised report card on his day that said how he did, who he played with, etc. - nope! The lunch and toy we brought in with him was sitting in the same place we left them in the morning and clearly hadn’t been given to him. The staff member handed him over and said “he had a great time” with no other information. When we got him in the car he was FILTHY! Covered in slobber ( I think?) and was wet and and sticky all over his body. I thought I was on a hidden camera show with how gross he was and had to give him a bath when we got home. I’m appalled at how they treated our new pup and am SHOCKED at the lack of customer service in a place like this. .Zero zerO zero"

"Dogtopia is the best! Everyone is so friendly, and I fully trust them with my dog. Seriously, the staff is the best! He always comes home tired and happy, and he is so excited to go to daycare. Their teeth-brushing and nail clipping services are super convenient as well. Can't say enough good things about y'all, and anyone looking for a good daycare should feel confident sending their pup here."
