"February 13th took my poodles in and again prince's tail was bald. I have said it over and over only a 1/2 in ring at base of tail. Tito tail was not even done. Elsa my other toy poodle they said they would not do a hair cut because she was bleeding. They washed and dried her. Honestly I will not walk back into this grooming shop, no one can follow instructions and elsa had no blood on her and peed on the pee pad at home and no blood was there either. Going to Dolly's to get elsa finished who is taking her in today to help me out."

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I've taken my toy (but miniature sized) poodle there a few times now. To be exact, we've been three times since May. The first time we went they said he was matted and literally shaved him down to even all over which was horrendous. He wasn't matted to need a complete shave. This last time was worse. I arrived at 9:55 am for 10 am appointment. The store was still closed, but normally, they let me in to wait outside of the grooming center until one of the workers comes to check me in. The worker came, asked another worker what time it was, and told me to wait outside the store since it opens in 5 minutes, because they had a big dog on the table. That's understandable, but then, they took another person with two dogs ahead of me and didn't even acknowledge that I was ever waiting. They were just super weird. As far as the haircut went, I have to agree with another reviewer that the workers are inexperienced. My poodle's feet also were barely done and looked awful, and his toenails were straggly and uneven. I'm pretty sure they were mean to my dog, because his leg is hurt. I find it a little ironic that he is funny about his feet, they look horrible, and now he is having trouble jumping. I've tipped them every time, so I know that can't be the issue with the weirdness of the workers. We won't be returning. Petco - you've lost another good customer."

"Happy boy, happy mom. Took Ferris in for a bath and a "Shed Release +" which includes shed release, teeth cleaning and nail buffing. He came home super clean, smells wonderful, hair is not shedding everywhere like usual, nails look great and buffed down. The lady that checked us was super nice and helpful. When picking him up there was a different person at the desk that gave me a paper to checkout then come back to get Ferris. When checking out they asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the groomer, which I did, but it just took me by surprise because I hadn't even seen my dog yet or if I liked the job that was done. I honestly would've left more if I would have been able to see him beforehand, I just didn't know that was the checkout process. When Ferris was brought out to me he had on a Petco black collar and leash, not his that I left him with. I asked about his and the woman tried to ask "are you sure this isn't his?" Yes I'm sure. His name tag, rabis tag & microchip tag are on a Blue collar and blue leash with poop bag, I'm pretty sure that's not his lol. Simple mistake that was corrected quickly. Overall great experience and would go back. Thanks!"
