"It may not be a nice area for some people but hey it’s apartments and somewhere to LIVE!!!! No matter where you go MIND YOUR BUSINESS! But these apartments are based on income, they will get you in there pretty fast! It was a 1-3 week wait for just me and daughter at the time when I first moved here in 2020. The office crew is really helpful and cool, they definitely do their best to help you out in any way they can! The apartments overall are nice and roomy as well. The maintenance guys are pretty cool and do their best as well. The only problem they have are rats and roaches just like most apartments on section 8 of course! God Bless you all!"
