"Overall, not terrible but won’t re-lease. I wasn’t aware the apartment didn’t have central AC when signing the lease (kinda on me) but with a dehumidifier the apartment stays cool/warm. The maintenance team has been very nice and responsive, but only “quick” fixes. My dishwasher still doesn’t work and will occasionally flood my apartment if they turn the water on/off for the unit. Again not terrible if you need something asap."
