"The 2-3 employees I spoke with, were all very nice. BUT upon entering my room, the bathroom toilet was dirty and there were muddy shoe marks in the entrance. There were notes that employees would need access to install a smoke seal which I did not like as I basically took it that they could enter the room at anytime without notice. My take is that the smoke seal was installed after my room was cleaned and they person doing the install decided to relieve himself before we entered the room. Breakfast we less than desirable. It was cold/lukewarm and just when I thought that coffee in a dispenser would be hot...nope...it was lukewarm too. Disappointed. I would have spoken to the guy at the front desk but he disappeared and when I did see him he was on his phone uninterested. A few minor inconveniences such as not enough towels in the room or water pressure I am UNaccustomed to in a hotel were apparent as well."

"The room has a strange aroma. There is very noticeable dirt on the tile floor when we walked in the room. There are dishes still in the dishwasher, a lot. I don’t want to check to see if they are clean or dirty. The bathroom floor has a variety of hair on the floor. There is food dried up on the handles to the kitchen area draws. I don’t want to look around anymore because I know I’ll find more issues . Not what I expected for $147 a night and a Hilton family member hotel. This is disgusting."

"Staff was very kind, but deck is stacked against them with an outdated (and likely poorly initially designed/constructed) hotel. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere, especially if you’re just in for a decent night’s sleep on a drive through. Paper thin walls, can hear every neighbor’s door slam (particularly unpleasant when staff is shuffling guests to different rooms at 2am because of multiple maintenance issues), torn up and airplane-thin blanket, hissing toilet, and dirty hallways. I stayed at an ancient LaQuinta night before, and that was luxurious by comparison."

"Seems like an older building. 1 window screen to block light only - no privacy screen. Screen pulley was broken. The shower had super low water pressure. At least water was hot. After checking in, the first shower had very shampoo - which ran out after 2 showers. There was also low shower gel and conditioner. (Out 2 days later) Always had to run downstairs to the front desk for toilet paper, towels. Had to request shower shampoo and gel as well. The staff is very nice and helpful when you can find someone. They may be understaffed this weekend. Because we have stayed at Home2 Suites before. Hopefully, this is an anomaly. They have always been great."

"Rooms are great sized with plenty of space to not trip over your luggage or other family members. Overall room was clean but definitely didn’t have the fresh feel. Smelled of dog and just stale stagnant air. We did end up locked out of our room for a few hours because of the deadbolt being dead and needing maintenance to come from another building to fix it. Hotel staff was very apologetic and checked in to make sure we were able to get back in our room okay."
