"Pros: Clean rooms Staff is friendly Cons : Even though it's an indoor pool, temperature is sub zero. Cannot use it. For the same price or cheaper, get an adjacent hotel with buffet breakfast. Especially if you have a family, they don't have breakfast vouchers and their bistro is pricey"

"You get there close to about midnight you find out your hotel room is on the third floor. The kicker is the elevators are out so you have to drag all your luggage up three flights of stairs. I’m not sure if that’s acceptable."

"Very friendly people. The room was clean and perfect for one night. Stacy, the evening bartender, was very friendly and easy to have a chat with. The food in the evening was prepared by the bartender. Although it was processed food. It still tasted very good. I had a chicken sandwich, and it was moist and tender. Con: Not everything from the menu was available. No beverage menu to see what drinks could be made. Besides what was displayed for wine, bear and spirits. But Stacy made me an awesome strawberry Margherita."

"I normally don't leave reviews unless absolutely necessary but I think the hotel represents themselves as being something they are not. The indoor pool might as well not been there. We booked this hotel because of the pool so our kids could swim. The pool is NOT HEATED! It was an absolute ice bath and we got in for a few minutes and couldn't stand it any longer. Completely unusable and nobody was in it (which I'm sure is not a coincidence). Also - having your rooms with two beds be Doubles and not Queens is something I wouldn't do again. Lastly, although I knew I wasn't getting breakfast when I booked, that's become normal for most hotels and I would rather book one that's similarly priced and offers breakfast. The pool though, was the main issue and while I know why people aren't alerted ahead of time (nobody would stay there), it feels borderline unethical and ridiculous to have an indoor pool that is ice cold."

"Not into bashing a business, but the room was kind of smelly (dirty shoes) as soon as you open the door. It seemed to linger from the hallway. Bed was comfy. Considering TN vols had a home game the hotel was packed. we enjoyed our stay but the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash all have eucalyptus in them, and I'm allergic. Minor inconvenience but my own fault. however they have a friendly staff!!"
