"outside of hotel looks nice but when we got to hotel room noticed walls are not clean bathroom smells like pee, toilet seat loose also the tub wasn’t clean still had hair in it (I put down a towel in the shower because I didn’t feel comfortable putting my feet in tub) bathroom floor had cracks in it also can feel “humps” under the carpet in certain places, room has a old smell. Only good thing is bed is comfortable don’t see any bugs. 3/10 the big thing for me was the dirty bathroom."

"Excellent front desk service. Great location off the interstate, especially when a crash backs up I-40. However, the rooms are in need of fresh paint, new flooring and lighting. Not worth the $175."

"Okay to describe my experience. My experience is cause I just checked in. But right off hand I can give the rooms a 4 star, beds big xomfortable beds, rooms clean. Plus the room has tables, closet, safe, desk , chairs., refrigerator, and nice big tv!! Ok on service being my experience just started i can say the clerk was very polite and coutous. I cant rate it because to rate service a person needs a multiple night stay . So i have raye rate another day. Thia location is very good in walking distance, ther is sevral nice resteraunts like , outback, an Italian grill, to mire oocally owened stake houses, in less 1/4!!!! From parking lot i see sevral shopping plazas. And retail stores,"

"The bathroom was dirty. The outside of the property was nice. No coffee maker in room, just coffee cups. Our A/C didn't work. It would click on for a minute and click off. We told the clerk. He didn't say he was sorry or he send someone to look at it."

"I thought this would be a good hotel but I've stayed in nicer motels. The A/C was not on in the room and is only on side so one bed stays hot. The room smelled okay but looked like it hasn't been completely cleaned in quite a while. Outlets are not secured in place. When walking around I was able to feel good sized holes in the actual floor under the rug. Bed sheets were also stained. I would recommend paying more to stay at other hotels."
