Staybridge Suites Knoxville-West, an IHG Hotel 11319 Campbell Lakes Drive, Knoxville, TN 37934

"All the staff that I encountered were helpful and friendly. The room was OK and clean. The problem is that the walls are so thin that I could here everything - conversations, doors, faucets, flushing, showers,... from the rooms surrounding me as well as whatever conversations were going on down the hall. Even with earplugs, it was as if the sounds were coming from within my room. The bed was on the lower end of satisfactory, but it was doable for one night. The shower curtain rod was not hung correctly, so both ends of the shower curtain kept sliding towards the middle of the bar. I slid them back over & over again, but it only lasted seconds before it slid again. As anticipated, there was water all over the floor in puddles. Gratefully, it was just me, so I was able to use one of the hand towels in addition to the bath mat. Full size frig & freezer is what I needed for this trip and that worked great."

"Great hotel and wonderful staff! The one bedroom Suits are perfect for my four month stay. Only complaint was lack of sheets, towels and vacuum just was not available every time I requested."

"Easy to find, right off the interstate. Though it would be noisy, but they put us on the opposite side from the Interstate, and slept like a baby. Very nice dinner, served nightly Monday - Thursday nights & breakfast. Both complementary. Tacos & salad the nights we were there & beer & wine included. Our room was spacious, clean and had full refrigerator, sink & dishwasher. I would stay there again- ideal location for my travels."

"This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! My boyfriend and I came to visit Tennessee for a short weekend trip so we we only stayed one night, and we were actually sad to leave so soon. As soon as we got to the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist (unfortunately, I do not know her name) and she was so sweet and friendly. We got a suite room with a king bed and couch and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel in general just had a very homey and welcoming atmosphere as well. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of foods too! I will definitely be looking to stay at more Staybridge Suites and IHG hotels in the future. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality!"

"I travel to Knoxville frequently and usually stay at another IHG property. This time I stayed at this property and I can’t say enough good about the hotel. It’s clean, amazing location, Great Lake to walk around and the staff is as good as any Four Star hotel. I came with my dog who had surgery at the University of Tennessee and has complications. Andrea V took my call while driving and found me a room on the first floor. Then when I checked out I told the front desk that I may have to stay over. 4pm that day I called again and Andrea took care of me. Another team member, Shelby A at the hotel was so kind and asked me how my dog was doing. Every staff member I have encountered here care. They care about your experience. They care about the hotel and I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else when I visit Knoxville. If you stay at the hotel, please say hi to Andrea. Both Shelby and Andrea made me feel special. Don’t think twice about this hotel. BOOK IT and experience what I experienced."
