Quality Inn

"Absolutely horrible hotel! I’ve stayed in over 60 hotels across the country this year and this was the moldy bottom of the barrel! I had to put a wet towel down at the bottom of the door to the adjoining room because they were smoking so much, that alone was awful enough. The paint was unfinished. The lamps were all old and rusty. The sheets were stained and the bed covers had multiple cigarette burns. The furniture was super old and in bad shape. There was a constant drip in bathroom and I didn’t even shower the next morning because it was nasty! I only stayed because I was exhausted, or I would have went and got a refund and left. Bad, Bad, Bad!!!"

"I usually look at reviews, but it was a last-minute trip, and I didn't. We waited for a little for the check-in, but upon entering the room, we went back and got a full refund for our three-day reservation—something on sheets, along with hair on pillows, wrappers, and candy visiable between the bed and on the walls. The moisture and smoke smell was enough to make one feel nauseous. No smoke detectors and water on floor in bathroom that didnt even appeared to be clean since last guest. Not sure why choice would allow them to be in their program! Would not recommend anyone to stay here."

"After the first night, I found a cockroach in the bathroom by the toilet. The beds have holes in the sheets and blankets, but I understand that as it happens because of the wear and tear. The tv volume starts at 99 for the volume and have to turn it down every single time. There isn't much parking for the guest, and the laundry is $2.00 for one machine and $1.00 for the other one. My room key didn't work after the first night, and I had to go to the office to get it reprogrammed. Plus, there were o many holes in the walls from the door to the bathroom. The bathroom was turning orange and didn't look like it was clean. I have never been to a quality Inn that was this bad before. This place needs a lot of remodeling and needs a bunch of upgrades to it."

"The floor stayed wet all the time and we requested no maid service 2 days in a row and both days they went in and cleaned the room moved our things around. The bed linens were so stained that the looked dirty, I was not sure if they had not been washed in a month or two. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I would not give them any stars they do deserve them. Even their breakfast needs work!!!!!!"

"D U M P!!! Got a room here because we needed a few hours sleep while traveling. Check in took forever because she kept trying to get me in room 112 for some reason. On the registration card she asked me to initial that "no one will smoke in our non-smoking room". As soon as we opened the door the room smelled like an ashtray! We decided just to tough it out because we were only going to be here a few hours. The bathroom was covered in black mold, the tub was filthy with what looked like blood in the bottom of it. There were dirty towels and used soap in the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom and the room were filthy and covered with hair. We slept in our clothes and changed the next morning before leaving and placed those clothes in a bag and sealing it. I informed the man at checkout that the room was not none smoking and that my allergies were acting up because of it. He kind of shrugged his shoulders and said "Okay". Something told me while checking in to use my credit card instead of my debit card and I'm glad i did! They actually charged my credit card four times and I had to contact my credit card company to get the charges removed because the employees at the hotel didn't seem to care that they had overcharged me. I stay in Choice hotels all the time and this I'd DEFINITELY the worst I've ever been to! Choice should not even allow this dump to represent their brand!!!"
