"This was a great place to live, and I enjoyed my last 2 years here. The Apartments are in a perfect spot to enjoy all of downtown Knoxville since they’re nestled at the base of the hills of South Knox along the river. You’re just a brief 2 minute stroll from both the growing area of John Sevier Ave and the established Gay Street area. The apartment manager is always on top of things, and is ready to help answer any questions or concerns you’ve got. The maintenance crew was rapid in their response to calls, even outside of normal hours and that was really appreciated. Access to parking and amenities was never an issue, and I really liked the fact that the apartments were sprayed for pests monthly. My bills were easy to pay, and my monthly statements were always clear and concise. Hidden Ridge is genuinely a great place to live, in a great part of town, and managed by a great team."

"We had a great time staying in our apartment (Scheel Road). The apartment was newly renovated so it was pretty neat when we moved in. Surrounding was well maintained, and they have a monthly pest control so inside was bug free. Hailey, the manager is really nice, reasonable and kind. She never did some tricks to us and fully returned our deposit when we moved out. They have their own maintenance team too so they promptly come and fix anything that needs to be done. I greatly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment around Knoxville!"

"I moved into a studio apartment at Hidden Ridge, and I had such a wonderful experience! The location is very convenient with downtown Knoxville and UT just minutes away. The property manager, Hailey, is truly the best manager ever and is honestly the best part of this apartment complex. If you have any issues with your apartment, she makes sure it gets resolved very quickly. Due to COVID19, I had to move out of my apartment early unfortunately. However, Hailey was super understanding and helped me avoid additional fees for my lease termination. I’ve lived in 3 apartments prior to moving here, and I’ve never had a property manager as professional and kind-hearted like Hailey. I will definitely miss living here, and if I ever move to Knoxville again, I would go back to Hidden Ridge!"
