Heritage Lake

"We have been here for like 4ish years. I just came here to say that our experience here has been the best out of the any apartment that we have been in. We rent a 3 bedroom and it has so much room. They added a little gate to the back our our patio which is nice but I don’t know that I care for it to be honest. My dogs can go out though. Saw some negative posts on here but I would like to clarify that this place is a get what you pay for place. Meaning that it is expensive BUT it is a safe, clean, place with a 24 hour fitness center, and a Weigel’s basically as your next door neighbor. The maintenance team are top notch, the office staff has never made me upset by being rude. Yea the dumpster breaks from time to time and fixing those types of things take time. This isn’t a run down Fountain City or South Knoxville drug infested apartment community. It is a place that me and my family consider home and actually mean it."

"Fantastic place. Moving in was super easy. Very nice staff even the maintenance guys are awesome!! It’s been hard trying to find a place that was suitable for our kids and animals. We got lucky when we found this gem! There’s a nice pool, a decent dog park. a huge pond for fishing and my kids love the playground. I forget I live in an apartment sometimes because it’s so quiet. It’s close to everything we need. 10/10 highly recommend!!!"
