"Let me share what is great about Brendon Park. Holly and her staff including that sweet little puppy dog. I have lived in several different apts around the Knoxville area and this is by far the best it may not be the newest but the way the staff cares for you out shines that. Since Holly has taken over she has had several events for us. The best one was the Halloween event at the pool where they had a movie on this massive screen. I look forward to future events and to see where Holly and her staff takes this place. Ooo and her team’s response to the snow was amazing especially since we did not plan for over 8 inches. For her and her team to show up everyday with all the snow shows how truly they care about their residents. Keep up the great work"

"Hands down best apartment complex I have personally experienced in the greater Knoxville area. This is coming from someone who has moved more time than can be counted due to student life at UTK! The new management at Brendon Park were extremely respectful, tentative, and professional in all matters that I have experienced in my tenancy. The free car wash at the facility was also a HUGE plus for me along with the garages. Overall, I would highly recommend considering Brendon Park as their pricing is very reasonable with all the amenities offered and residents/staff are all around pleasant!"

"Brendon park is a great place to live! It quietly sits off I-40 and is close to everything you need! The management “Dominion Group” is top notch and they really care about their residents. They are quick to fix any issue, respond with great customer service, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend these apartments whether living with your family, as a college student, or by yourself. They do a phenomenal job and I have been pleased with every aspect of the apartments, and management staff!"

"I am very happy living here. I've been here since 2002 and have seen many changes. Management have always been kind people to work with. New management has taken over the past few months and it is still kind people. Updates to the property have been made and we are now a gated community. Close to shopping and a hospital. They are very prompt with repairs and maintenance guys are kind and have great manners. Thumbs up for this property."

"I have been living here for almost 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about the new management who have taken over. They are so prompt with answering and fix concerns as fast as they can. Even when I have asked what seemed like a silly question, they answered it so kindly and explained it to me! Maintenance is also amazing and have been timely on fixing any issue I have reported, on my move-in day I reported an issue and a maintenance person was at my apartment within the hour and helped. I feel so safe living here and love the environment that has been created here and can't wait to see how this property grows!"
