"there was blood in the elevator and the hallways smelled horrible. It was so creepy.. their website only shows the good parts which reading past reviews I don’t even believe they take care of their “amenities” so sad it’s so expensive to live there. I wish everyone who does currently live here good luck. I could not imagine."
"Giving them 5 stars as of now, The gentleman who took care of me and my fiancés lease was absolutely the nicest person I’ve met while having to cope with the ordeal of finding a new home. T.D. As I will refer to them, was amazing and helped me in a way I didn’t expect from any management company."
"Ignore the 5 stars, if you five star a service request it redirects to their google reviews! I’m so glad to be out of this place. I lived here for 2 ish years and I will never recommend it. Ultimately, the company managing it is fine, but i have been told by staff that it is owned by a stingy old man on his death bed who could care less about it. The elevators are sketchy for a reason. Per the elevator maintenance workers, they need to be completely replaced but the aforementioned owner refuses to cough up the money to replace them. The a/c units are all shared, so if your upstairs and downstairs neighbor want it on 75 and you want it on 60, 75 wins. In addition to this, they only cool or heated 10 degrees above or below whatever it is outside. The washer and dryer is a combo unit that takes 3 and 1/2 hours to do one small load minimum. As others have said, this place has a serious mold problem and they refuse to acknowledge it. I could go on about how it needs updated and how the lobby being nice while the rest is in near shambles is borderline a scam, but it’s easier just to say don’t move here. It’s overpriced (1750 for a 2 bed 1 bath) and I feel like I have been scammed."
"If I could give 0 I would. The mold that grew out of the air vents was atrocious and cause a rash all over my body. Do not move here. I have lived here for 3 years now and was happy with the place for maybe 3 months. New management came in and it went downhill fast. There was mold growing in my vents, and they didn’t respond until I gave them proof. They then proceeding to blame “the organic growth” on me for keeping the commonly recommended air filters on the vents, and for keeping it “too cold..” It’s humid and smells horrible all of the time. Someone smokes in the building so all of my clothes and belongings smell like mildew and smoke. On top of this, the washer dryer combo is a joke and makes your clothes smell worse. If you dry them, they wrinkle so intensely that it takes multiple irons and washes to get them to take shape again. The hallways and stairwells are disgusting. They always smell horrible and have not been updated for who knows how long. In three years I have had at least 3 different management companies, which have gotten progressively worse. They do not care about you as a tenant. I lived with a very noisy upstairs neighbor who hammered all day and all night. I never slept and reported it to them from April 2021 til when I moved out 2023. The gym is disgusting. The roof is always caving in, there is a big gapping hole in it for at least 1 year and there is definitely mold growing in the ceiling. The gym smells like mold and is so humid, I have started to workout in my apartment because it’s a little better…. The lobby and outside areas are nice, but that is IT. The apartments are so cheaply made, and the rest of the build feels like a health code violation. On top of all of that, the management people are rude, condescending, and very disrespectful to tenants. They never adequately fix anything. My bath drain has been peaking around it since I have moved in. They have “resealed it” 3 times and it is obviously not working. They come in to “fix” the outlets that don’t hold anything in them and fall out all the time, then the light switches stop working. There was water dripping from the ceiling above my shower onto me as I showered. I called the emergency line and they were pissed that I made them come to SEE TO THE LEAK IN MY CEILING….. Their maintenance makes things worse, so I just stopped making requests. Their management, Lacy White in particular - is the rudest property manager I have ever met she doesn’t answer your questions via email and just send back a generic response that you have already received. On top of that they “broke the key to my apartment” and did not tell me it was broken, but rather said that they needed to use my key to make a copy, and threatened to charge me to have the locks replaced if I did not comply. When I asked why they needed my key, they didn’t answer the question, but again made more threats about charging me. I was concerned for my safety because if my keys had been misplaced, I would want the locks changed. But no, she was rude, short, and did not care about my concerns at all. Also, I have been stuck in the elevator on various occasions. It has also shut on me really hard and opening up after slamming into me, leaving me with many bruises. On top of that, you’re lucky if both of them are working at any given time. This place is horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
"I have loved living here for the past year. The apartment is spacious and I have a wonderful view of downtown from my floor. The building is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. I only have a few gripes that make this not a 5 star experience. First, THE ELEVATORS. They have done work to make them look better but the elevators are truly frightening to ride as they are ancient. I got stuck in an elevator once but luckily maintenance saved me. Replacing them may be a big ask but I feel it is necessary. Second, parking is rough but they do a good job enforcing the stickers, I still have difficulties finding spaces getting home late (after midnight). Lastly, the AC has difficulty keeping up and has gone down several times since I moved in. HUGE shoutout to maintenance and staff for always fixing things quickly and communicating when problems occur!"
