"I love my apartment and amenities. Everyone in the office is so sweet. It’s a beautiful complex, especially for the price. My only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors. I know apartment living is never quiet, but it’s like they stomp their heels into the floor or they are constantly slamming things and it’s constant. All day and all night. It just isn’t making for peaceful living. I never hear anything next to me so the insulation must be good there. It’s just between the floors it’s like there is literally nothing. It doesn’t matter how loud I have the tv etc. So I can’t really relax on my off days, and sometimes sleep is impossible. My only advice would be to get a top floor because my neighbors obviously don’t care even though management has reached out to them. Everything else has been perfection. I’m just praying it gets better."
"I’ve lived here for about 8 months now. I love the look of the apartment and the amenities are very nice. They give the complex an upscale feel. I only have one complaint. I am also struggling with very inconsiderate neighbors upstairs making noise all night from 11pm to 6am every single day. Although the walls seem to be insulated well, there seems to be no insulation in between floors. I can hear absolutely everything from opening and shutting doors, running faucets, the music they listen to, dragging furniture, dogs barking, etc. It’s so loud and clear that it could be mistaken for noise within my unit in a bedroom behind a closed door."
"I personally love it here! Very cheap for the great quality you get. Trust me, my last experience will prove this place is excellent for the price! Only qualm I would say is you can hear almost everything but I’m lucky most of my neighbors are fairly quiet, at least when it’s most needed and maybe parking which I usually don’t have much of an issue with. I think a part of that issue is a lot of people have multiple vehicles that are not on their leases and since we don’t have parking tags the office doesn’t know. I think one of my neighbors has like 3 vehicles (work truck, personal truck, and personal car) and there’s only 2 people which is uncool on so many levels. Other than that it’s great, maintenance is on top of it even though I haven’t needed it much, and the pool and other amenities are awesome!"
"The property is beautifully kept and I love my unit. The features are great and it’s all for a good price given how expensive other apartments are in Knoxville. However, a huge downfall is the parking. I get home at 4:30 every day and I struggle to get parking near my apartment every single day without fail. It was definitely an afterthought, as a previous review said. It is bad enough that my guests have commented on how far away they have to park. Once they even had to park on the other side of the property. People will park along curbs at night and I don’t blame them! Hopefully management will listen to the residents and try to resolve the terrible parking issue."
"Terrible parking! I was ensured prior to signing a lease that the owners were committed to having plenty of parking for residents. That is nowhere near the case. It appears parking was an afterthought, or the owners simply do not care. Parking spots are nearly always full. Therefore, residents are expected to park at the office or across the complex and walk 300 yards or so back to their apartments, rain or shine, hauling groceries, etc."
