"This complex is wonderful, highly recommended! Office staff is friendly and informative. The property has a Weight Room, Pool, Tennis Court, laundry room & lots of space to walk. Quiet nice community 5 stars."
"If I could leave no stars, I would. From the beginning this apartment complex has lied about the upkeep of the apartments. A month after I moved in, there was construction being done in the apartment above me. I had ZERO notice and at that time I was working from home. I asked the property managers for a warning of when they’d be working and they replied, “We warned you, our assistant would never lie. If you don’t like it, we can end your lease.” There were people everywhere, walking on my back porch without notice, walking into my apartment. Etc. Shortly after that I started to notice a growth in my bathroom sink. I let the property managers know and they acted as if they’d never seen anything like it. After the first “fix” it grew back 4 times!! I am disgusted at this point. My fiancée looked under my sink in the kitchen and there’s mold. Mold everywhere. This apartment complex moves people out and just paints over the mold. There is a hidden fee with the water company when you move out. My water was consistently $29 but when I put in my notice for move out, I owe $75. Be aware of that. The management doesn’t relay information to other management and they make it seem like you don’t remember what they “told you”. It’s crazy. I try and give places a chance but Meadowood really take advantage of the tenants and don’t truly update their apartments."
"Absolutely terrible experience with these apartments! The only positive thing about these apartments was the square footage for the initial price We were paying but even that no longer applies because they keep jacking up rent, yet they aren’t doing any type of updates or renovations. Okay to start off these apartments CONSTANTLY have leaks. The water is shut off several times a week because the building are always in need of repair leaks are ALWAYS happening. We had several while living there as did a friend. On one occurrence water dripped down onto my couch and bookshelves and damaged some pictures another time my closet flooded and soaked all the shoes and clothes that touched the floor...but instead of actually repairing the building the right way, they do very cheap cut corner fixes that only last a few weeks or months at most and then there are the issues again. There is terrible mold damage in the bathrooms where they don’t have enough ventilation. Their idea of fixing this is painting over it but it just comes through again. The quality of people they have started allowing to rent here is going down hill. People leave trash lying everywhere out side, It looks very tacky, there were cars broken into, and twice while living there we heard gunshots. We can hear the couple above us having sex, they apparently removed the carpet but now now we can hear absolutely everything because the lack of insulation which I guess I understand but still these are things that should be taken into account and added into the rent. The price we began paying we had access to the club house, the swings, the pool and this past year none of that has been available, understandable because of Covid, but again that should be factored into how much is paid in rent. They don’t offer to do any type of update with a lease renewal or just in general. No wall painting, no updated blinds. The water pressure is very weak. This place has gone down hill at a very quick rate. Do not rent here!!!"
"This apartment complex is Trash!!!! Just wasting money here! Everyday I living here with stress and problems! Here is some photos water is coming from floor, wall and lamp on the kitchen! I didn’t sleep whole the night because Of stress! When the water come to electric! No relaxing time here."
"Lived there for over two years... office staff is nice enough, as long as you don't have issues. They put new windows in halfway through, didn't care that the walls got busted, had several leaks in the apartment as well. But no matter how many times it was brought up no one fixed it. Now that i have moved out they want more money, took the whole deposit and still want more. And not because of anything that we did. I think the ladies in the office are nice, maintenance needs to work on things, and the company that owns the apartments just want money. Would not move here again. But I'm sure this review will be deleted soon like other bad ones have been. Ridiculous."
