"I have been here for 3 years and have never had a problem. The office staff is friendly and communicative. The maintenance staff is capable. Outside is well lit and I feel safe when I’m the parking lot at night. Apartments are well maintained and in great condition. Great place for the price!"

"Old buildings full of leaks and other infrastructure issues. Management does a poor job about responding to said issues. I also had occasional run-ins with rodents. There are many better options for similar prices. I do not recommend these apartments."

"I moved into the Apartment with my dog in 2019 with no complaints or late payments. Back then I would have told you, you pay for what you get (No renovations and cheap).Til this day, Shawn is the BEST PERSON IN THE OFFICE. He needs a raise!!! However, my last year (2021-2022), was a year from hell. My downstairs neighbor begin making constant complaints about my dog. She even quoted, “I can hear her walking upstairs” It’s An Apartment! The staff was not helpful nor willing to hear my side of the story. To pawn the blame they pushed everything on me!! I moved out and MONTHS later they send a bill of almost $500 for damages that did not exceed minor wear or tear of someone who lives there for 3 years with a dog! Don’t stay here! They are not a pet community just pretend to be one!!"
