"Do not move here you’ll regret it. Living here one year and couple months and no changes. They advertise pool and gym as amenities when it’s a lie because they are not available for use. The gym just recently opened after so long with dilapidated machines and I was told after countless time asking about the opening of the pool seeing that it’s summer and hot, that sadly the pool will not be reopened. I was given so many lame “ run around” excuses until I lost track. I asked them why advertise having these amenities when you guys don’t and then have persons sign lease thinking all these would be accessible for their comfort when they are not. Here is roach infested , rat infested you will be paying so much because here is a little bit expensive for not so good apt and comfort so you’ll be paying to live uncomfortable and then you cannot get out of the binding lease agreement until it’s up .The walls are so thin you’ll be sleeping and hearing things in your sleep like people next door playing , running up the stairs loudly. The rooms have no lights only the vent for the heater and AC. The patios is dilapidated , rotten boards, wasp nests etc. The bathroom shower color is striping off. Its just so sad when your renting you cannot get to view your apartment beforehand so you could make valuable decisions before all this sighs."
"Abigail is the sweetest lady I've seen in customer service since moving to Nashville! Thanks for being so helpful on the journey with my situation previously. You're amazing and so kind. Thank you so much for that!"
"I am deaf and I was excited to move for the first time. The first thing I saw roach and I was confused why the roach is there and call them through the relay and they apologize for it. So for a few months. I noticed something was not right. When I want to listen to music loud because I am deaf and it bothers other people and told them that I am deaf. And I found out that the wall is very thin that which causes a little issue. So when I was very sick in the hospital for three weeks and cause lost my job. I told them that the company doesn't care if they are sick or what issue they have. And threatened me to pay up when I told them I am in the hospital. Company lawyers force me to pay their fees which is not my responsibility. So I had to pay them and that. They don't care bout y'all. The company is very wrong in what it did. When people are sick and try to fight for their life all they care bout money it shows me they are lack empathy. I cried hard and lost place I don't know Nashville very well. I am on the street because the company doesn't care. I warn y'all don't fall into the trap. They can be beautiful but dishonest, period."
"So for one ! Moving in I had no A/c It took them a min to bring me an Air conditioner to put inside the window to work on my A/C ! The bugs are super bad !! My kitchen sink was running water under they never did work on that! Comes to me moving ! I went back to Jackson Tn to find work so I can move back home ! Talking to the people at the office I asked if I could come in move my stuff out on a Saturday! They had me calling someone else they said if it’s fine with the staff at the office I call back told them what was told me ! I call back on a Friday to make sure my stuff was still inside my apartment for me to come Saturday the day we agreed on for me to move my stuff ! I was than told my stuff have been put out on side of the road ! EVERYTHING inside my apartment was NEWWWW!! Now parking spaces you have to part your car far down from your own apartment because of so many people being ova there that does not stay there. The hallway smells so bad ! My apartment had a smell that took a lot of candles and plug ins to help out with the smell! The WALLS you can hear the next person conversation as if they were right next to you ! I do not AND I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!"
"This apartment has excellent property managers and maintenance crew. I have had small issues here such as noisy neighbors, but those things are to be expected from time to time with apartment living. What matters is having good staff to solve any issues that may arise. The property managers and maintenance techs at The Blue Note have been solid, and exemplary throughout my year and a half here. For instance, there was one incident in which I lost a key to my house. Mayra Rodriguez, one of several lovely property managers, immediately made it a priority to have a friendly and dependable maintenance tech named Filberto come to my door. Filberto changed my locks, and issue new keys. I was in my home within half an hour. I honestly haven’t been anywhere with a more attentive and welcoming staff, and that makes living here a lot less of a headache than at other apartments. If you need an affordable place to live that’s fairly close to each side of town, I would definitely recommend."
