All you have to do is call her and let her know you need something fixed in your home and she's on it! Sometimes the same day but for sure the next day! The guys that come to do the repairs are super nice! They get the job done and never leave a mess. Katherine takes a lot of pride in her job. She cares about the residents here. This is why most of the time there is a waiting list to move in here!"
