"We have lived here for a little over 2 years. The location is great and I felt secluded from neighboring complexes. Super pet friendly! They were super easy and helpful when first moving in…but rapidly declined within the last year. They don’t treat any sidewalks or roads for severe weather conditions. Be prepared to be stuck for a WHILE with any snow/ice as the neighborhood is uphill. My only big concern is the disorganization and lack of communication. Management is wildly disorganized and seems to have a high turnover. Expect to be told you’ll have “inspections” on a certain date, that you cannot reschedule, for them to no show you and come at a completely different date/time; this has happened multiple times. We like to be home for these inspections as one of our dogs has extreme anxiety to others and will use the bathroom in her crate if we are not home. I also asked off work for multiple inspections for my time and money to be wasted. I sent in my intent to vacate notice, 60 days in advance like required, to then be sent a lease renewal? I then sent another email with proof of my intent to vacate letter to their “new” and old email and explained we are not renewing, again they are wildly disorganized and seem to have been bought out with the different email address’ and management. I received no response, but a voicemail saying we are past our 60 day intent to vacate notice?! I called and left a voicemail basically begging for someone to call me back to get this sorted…no returned phone call. Soo I emailed AGAIN! Still no response. Called twice and left another voicemail…again, no response. I can’t get anyone to get back with me and it’s been WEEKS!!! This has all been super unprofessional and frustrating. Overlooking the company’s inconveniences and lack of communication, I really enjoyed the physical neighborhood and unit we lived in."
"We have lived here for 1.5 years. This is our second winter here! Living here is wonderful year around, except in the snow. This complex does not provide snow removal / salting for safety. Because of where the complex is, it’s impossible to get up and down the hills safely when the snow turns into ice (because it’s not removed in a timely manner). Many residents have been parking lower down the hills and walking to our cars all week to get to work because they did not provide these services. The residents took it in to our own hands to provide salt and shoveling the roads (not just the parking lots) around the complex because we couldn’t get out! Otherwise, we love living here & it is a safe, quiet community full of great people! As for the lofts, no need to chat about this, but this needs to be taken into consideration as something ya’ll offer as it comes down to a safety issue for your residents every year."
"WINTER IS AWFUL!!!!! The Zarmatt/Swiss hills aren't plowed and there is no way off the hill if its frozen. This has happened every winter. You WILL be stuck for a week every single time it snows."
"Our experience with the Lofts at Ross Monte has been nothing short of satisfactory. Shawn Marie has been helpful throughout the process of getting into our new home and answered all our questions along the way. The day of our move-in Enrique did our walkthrough with us and made the process stress-free. Enrique was warm and welcoming and we both felt reassured in his ability to answer all the questions we had."
"Was supposed to have a self guided tour today , was given instructions that were useless . Got the run around with their help chat and called serveral numbers unable to reach anyone. Oh they also confirmed the self tour. Thank you for wasting my gas and time. Edit: they responded quicker to this 1 star review then the emails already sent to their useless team."
