"Reached out to this venue to discuss booking for a private event. Communication was consistently slow, which I attributed to the holiday timing. After completing a tour and tasting, received no follow up from the venue. After no contact initiated by them, we tried to call twice (spoke to someone once who said the manager was out but would be back later that day, left a message 2 days later). I believe it was extremely unprofessional to not return phone calls or follow up after a tour, especially since we had to pay for the tasting. I'm not sure if they decided to give away the date to someone else but the lack of professionalism, especially considering we were planning to book the venue and catering, is very disappointing."

"Lighthouse Knoxville is one of Knoxville’s hidden gems. We had the privilege of renting the space for our 300+ person company holiday party. We used all the rooms and it was a good flow from room to room for our large group. Megan and her team are great and extremely accommodating. The venue is clean, open, easily accessible, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The food was fantastic and displayed so creatively. They set up an extra bar/drink area to help with the flow for our large group. The Lighthouse team’s attention to detail is impressive, which made the planning process stress-free and they took care of all the setup and clean-up. We will definitely be back!"
