"Loved this hotel! Clean rooms and common areas, super friendly staff, wide variety of options for breakfast. The location was perfect as it was walkable to many areas, and easy for Uber/Lyft pickup. Would stay again!"

"Exceptional place to stay. Close to broadway, the convention center and many other places. The rooms are clean and the front desk is friendly. The board with recommended restaurants and things to do was very helpful as well and the mini convenience store for drinks and food was great!"

"Amazing hotel and staff. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff was GREAT!!! Bobby was very helpful and friendly, from restaurant recommendations to just some nice small talk while relaxing in the lobby with friends eating some pizza. the breakfast is a nice spread and kept clean and hot. The Pool tables and Foosball tables, along with drinks, snacks and ice cream were great. Can't wait to come for another stay"

"My flight back home was cancelled for two days due to snowstorms and I made last minute arrangements at this hotel. They quickly prepared a room and allowed me to check in early because of my situation. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel because of its location, price, great condition, amenities and friendly staff. Located approximately 6 miles from the airport and within walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Several places to eat ranging from $-$$$ within one block."

"We reserved a room in advance. Drove from out of state for a concert. Location was great as we were able to walk to the venue. However, we were unable to check in via the Hilton app. It stated to stop at the desk for check in. Tried to check in after the show, was told no rooms available. We ended up driving 5 hrs home. Then Hilton billed my credit card $475 for a room I never even had or used. Contacted Hilton customer service and they said my reservation was canceled and because it was less than 24 hrs, it was their policy to charge full price! Never had an issue with Hilton until now. Be warned if you have issue getting checked in, you'll probably be charged full price anyway!"
