"So I had purchased too many Easter items for an event that I was putting on. So the day after Easter I come back in to return them. I'm told that I can't return I can only do an exchange and for me to come back when I need items. So I came back when I needed items. Tonight. The actual woman. The manager. Who told me this in the first place was responding to the call for a manager. She said I can't return them because they were Easter items. I reminded her that I talked to her and she's the one who told me to come back. I pick up the receipt so I can see what the terms are and all it says is that you can exchange an item that is unopened with a receipt. So after I pointed this out to her. She threw the bag down at the table. Told the checker to do an exchange for me and walked away. Oh my gosh. Her attitude was horrific. And she's a manager? She should know her policies and she shouldn't say things to people that aren't true. I did exactly what she told me to do and exactly what the receipt said. What in the world is happening with customer service these days?"

"The WORST customer service I have encountered in YEARS. I cannot believe how rude the woman stocking the shelves was. After sighing and rolling her eyes, she also walked past the wrong aisle and then pointing to what I was looking for, knocked one on the floor and walked away. I would fire her if she was one of my employees, truth be told. Completely unacceptable behavior. My experience with the cashier was fine."
