"Very big for a Dollar Tree. It used to be a Walgreens. Nice than most locations. Only complaint is that they only have one cash register open at all times which is typical for all Dollar Trees."

"Dollar tree on broughton rd near Walmart boilingbrook I’ll This place is the epitome of disgusting from the behavior of the employees lying on customers to the floors being nasty and disgusting! Friday Dec 1st I entered the store to purchase a few items and I ended up outside surrounded by police and employees family members that came to fight me off his lies! No coat raining with asma and diabetes. That young man stop ringing me up walk away from the register in mid transaction so I walked out! Regain my composure came back payed and had my receipt flung towards me in a condescending way very sarcastically. I realize aft I left that the items I ask to be removed weren’t. So unfortunately I re-entered the store to get the situation rectified and that’s when everything went left! I told the young man that items were added to my bill I ask to be removed and I told him I’ll wait bc I’m not a rude person. While I was waiting the mgr ask what the problem was and I began explaining and that same young man turnt away from the customer bringing attention to she and I, making comment towards me saying i said this and never apologizing then started laughing like she’s telling on me! He didn’t have to engage me at all! Then said again I literally walk away for a min, and I told him it’s a min my min. Your wasting my time there’s someone in hospice do u no what that is he said no and began to laugh. Your laughing at someone I need to get to in hospice really and he kept engaging we argued I walked out again and when I came out to my car it was surrounded by police and his mother and other men, he called his family to attack me. My husband tried calling the store to find out what happen to me and the mgr lied and said he threaten them bc his grandad said my husband called the store. How would he no that if she or his grandson didn’t tell him that!!! Let me explain who my husband is he’s a 59yr old long Covid survivor with diabetes he’s gone from 270lbs to 165lbs soak and wet! He’s a retired vet with 33yrs of Cta service and we’re not driving anywhere to attack anyone rushing our property and freedom so that mgr lied and that young man lied to get the police there fast bc there was a prior incident the day before with someone else hes the issue! Those employees are a liability a harzards for that location. I’ll never ever go back there and I’ll let everyone in my military family know that it’s dangerous to go there. The employees will walk away from you treat you like trash sling there condescending wrist at you lie to get the police to come faster then go completely hood and call there family to meet you outside and display there threatening behavior outside the business doors. It’s pretty despicable what happen to me! If I was the threat why was his family there along with the police! Waiting near my car. I think they both should be fired bc I plan on taking further action bc they lied on me that’s defamation, I was trespassed fine but don’t lie and say we were making threats bc we weren’t we never did. Disgusting disgusting low morals unprofessional liars why have liars work for a Corp like this check the cameras. You won’t see me aggressive or yelling or engaging until he turnt away from another customer to engage me. The police kept saying this is a Corp issue bc I can’t get my money back but I never ask for my money back I already no that!!! But what about them keeping my bags stealing my merch out my bags and giving the police bags that’s didn’t belong to me and weren’t on my receipt I have picture and should have recorded them. But I have pics! I’d never want ppl working with me or for me that antagonize customers creating a hazard night aft night. Like this young man has and a mgr that was just standing there nudging me t while we were talking very politely about why I was waiting!"

"I had written a list - only way to go. But rather than search for 1 thing at a time,I went up & down all the aisles, and sure I grabbed some items not on the list. When done, I asked an employee where the missing ones were located. She was very friendly and helpful. 1 thing I really needed, a hanging flower pot, I was told it was the wrong season. I got quite a few items and do appreciate Dollar Tree."
