"What is with the deli here? Seems like they only schedule one competent person at the time and the other two are just off task every single time I go. Got an older lady mopping the floor instead of helping customers while the woman working the hot chicken tries to juggle it all, other times it was a young girl who never stopped talking and would interrupt me to continue her conversation with her co-workers, and the last time I went it was two guys; the one who helped me haphazardly put all my meat in the bags and closed them so the zip would get caught in it and now I have a few bags breaking and ripping. Went to eat the lemon pepper chicken I bought yesterday and it was spoiled. I only started coming back to Jewel because Mariano's sucks now but Jewel does too I guess."

"One of my favorite grocery stores to get to. The Staff is ALWAYS very helpful, professional, and friendly! The store is well stocked, which is a big reflection of the attention paid by Management to keep up with keeping orders timely. Periodically, there's an item out of stock; but, that's typically from an unusual issue with availability or seasonal high demand. Prices are another matter (that are too high) but are reflective of our current Government and the rest of the Industry! Jewel appears to be bending over backward to keep their prices competitive. There's great deals (especially with their App, U something!). I just hope they can survive the current situation with the Market, Industry, and current Government! We can't have them leave like Dominick's did awhile ago. I'm hoping for a major change in 2025 if we can kick to the curb the total failure of this Administration! Both State and Federal!"
"I have seen a couple other comments regarding the Manager Paul and I couldn’t agree more. He is very rude to his employees totally ignores them and thinks he is better than everyone else. There has been some cashiers that I seen on their badge have been there for over 15 years and paul seems to treat them like complete garbage. Very unacceptable. I’ll continue to drive to a different jewel."
"Where to begin, this is the worst grocery store I have ever visited! Don’t go out of your way to drive here and shop. 1. The ladies in bakery are constantly complaining about something as they are working behind the counter. They rarely ask if I need any help or even acknowledge me when looking for items. 2. The deli closes at 4pm every day of the week (sometimes earlier)? They are always short staffed, last Friday I stopped in at 2pm to get some chicken wings and salad and they didn’t have any food in the hot case like they were closing even earlier. Don’t plan on stopping by after work to get a quick meal from this store as the deli will be closed. 3. The checkout lines can be consistently long and they never bring additional people to help check out when busy, even though there are always people around in the aisles stocking, doing order pick up orders etc. 4. The store manager seems to be walking around the store all the time not doing anything, bothering the few workers they do have when they are already assisting customers. Stop bothering the deli employees when they are 10 deep with customers, stop talking to employees at the front end when there is a backup of customers waiting to check out and HELP GET THE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE LINES! Due to being close to my home, I will still visit for last minute items but for my full shopping trips I’d rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to their competitor. Their competitors always seem to have staff at the various departments, their competitors seem to have employees that are friendlier, their competitors always seem to want to help the customers and make a sale. Given the times we live in and the price increases of food, you’d think management at this store would strive to fully staff departments and ensure they have friendly employees. I don’t know what starting pay is for employees but it clearly must be less than their competitors as their competitors seem to have people and are able to attract people who are friendly to work there. The meat department is the only positive I would have for this place, they are staffed, constantly out from behind the counter talking to customers, friendly and getting me what I need."
